Review 5：I love how the staff was very friendly how they went out of the help us get a room when the ibis made us leave because we didn't hAve a 1day reservation Massey that what they call her help us do much the staff help you carry your baggage to your room they help me when banorte ate my credit card and had me stuck with no money the rooms are nice and big flat screen free breakfast 100% better than the Ibis nice and clean. If I had to come back this is diffney where I want to stay

Review 6：Repairs needed in room. Air conditioner plastic vent was broken on one side and needed to be re attached. Light bulb missing in lamp. I drawer broke in dresser. Leaky roof over toilet. Carpets need to be cleaned. The computers in lobby need new keyboards. Cannot read the letters on them.

Review 7：Good staff. Helpful. Breakfast was good, but i think i drink should be offered to those that do not drink coffee. Like a small drink for a 5 yr old would be nice.

Review 26：The girl that would clean our room I think her name is itzel did an excellent job. We also had a great taxi guy (jose luis) he was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us when we traveled back to the US.
