Review 1：- 2-3km away from nearest supermarket - we bought our goodies before checking-in, so we didn't need to get out. - we didn't go to the beach, so we didn't know if it's far or not. However there was a scheduled shuttle every 2 hrs until 6pm.

Review 2：- We spent a Perfect honeymoon - we had (pool and spa) villa (#38) - great location and balcony view (not sea view but mountain view) - very private (pool not visible by neighbours) - excellent room facilities - very comfort sofa - ipad connected to internal sound system - clean pool - excellent room service - excellent restaurant for breakfast (same menu every day but we weren't abset)

Review 3：Far distance to Patong beach, so we simply hadn't go there. Mosquito everywhere, a bit annoying. One of our massage lady was in bad mood.

Review 4：Free shuttle to laguna area and layan beach. Free afternoon tea, Free foot massage. Breakfast is fantasic and delicious, with a lot of variety, with both a la carte menu and simple buffet, all is included in room price. The villa is very spacious, we like the private pool and private spa and stream room very much. Top privacy and romance atmosphere. Wonderful sunset at 360 bar. Free buggies transport within the hotel, arrive in a few minutes after a call, very convenient.

Review 5：I've changed 2 times my room. Our first room has bad smell, second room has too many mosquitos( which bite us many times), but they are helpfull and change our room with apoligize

Review 12：My husband and I spent 2 days in the hotel, So little. The Hotel is so nice, exquisite, chic and zen with a luxurious tropical garden. The staff was really kind and hearthy, really aware about our needs. The villa was well decorated with a huge sofa and a huge bed, private pool And private Spa + sauna. The food really good !

Review 25：This hotel oozes class upon arriving to our villa . The staff were friendly and made sure we were comfortably settled . I enjoyed some of the best meals on my trip to thailand here. I would definitely come back abd stay longer although the rooms were a little pricey it was worth the experience. We have also stayed at 5 different hotels/villas on this particular visit to thailand and I would have to say this one was my favourite.

Review 26：The resort was far away from the center of town (approx. 45 minutes) and if you are looking to get out and experience Phuket, the taxi prices start to add up.

Review 27：The resort was very peaceful and relaxing. The perfect holiday if you're looking to spend most of your time at the resort. The breakfast is included in the room rate and there was so much to choose from on the menu. The staff were also very accommodating. Our flight was in the evening and they allowed us to have a late check out and then use one of their villas to clean up before heading to the airport. What a wonderful trip!

Review 55：EVERYTHING - WOW WOW WOW!! What a find! I love this place, it offered seclusion, peace, relaxation, privacy and romance. The planning and location is ideal if you want to forget the world outside. Each villa is superbly equipped, really spacious and completely private. The bedroom is romantic and comfortable, the living area has the most amazingly huge sofa with huge sliding doors which let the beautiful outside in. The pool and garden area with loungers, also had an eating area and a huge day bed so many areas just to relax and take time out. The added bonus of the spa room was great and we indulged in plenty of treatments which were top notch! The staff were just wonderful, really helpful, smiley gorgeous Thai people, catering for our every need. The golf buggies you need to get you from A to B yeah some people might find it a drag, it's an adventure and great idea to have them, I loved it! We ate at the resort everyday, every meal and never got bored. The breakfast room is airy and bright sitting high in the resort, with plenty of fresh produce to start your day. The bar is a little quiet but fine as long as you're not looking for some crazy night life. Overall I would return without hesitation, I was overwhelmed and delighted with my stay at The Pavilions!!

Review 58：There is absolutely nothing to dislike at this property -- the only suggestion I would make is to change the music in the public areas so it is not all remakes of old songs. Some jazz, some classical and some more modern would be great, and recordings of the original artists would be a huge improvement.

Review 60：The resort is on a steep slope; definitely not the friendliest for a walk. Buggy needed at all times. Can get a bit boring after 3 days; no activities, no gym, no tennis courts. Not very safe for your valuables, gotta keep them in the safe at all times. We lost an iphone between reception and villa shortly after check in and never found it. As a nice gesture, Management removed from our bill 2 massage sessions each. Morning walk around by the resident manager at the breakfast area was a bit loud. We understand the importance of being in touch with the guests for their feedback but it could be done more delicately.

Review 61：Stayed at penthouse 45 as an upgrade granted by the GM due to non availability of the tropical villa we booked. We liked the modern interior and space planning of the villa. Attention to details is high even at the music level Ipod touch had some 16000 songs on it. Food was brilliant. The chef excelled at local and international cuisine. Unlike many other hotels the Mini bar prices are equivalent to the local bars, we thought they were reasonable. Friendly GM, came across sincere to us.

Review 62：The guest relations manager tries to be very friendly but does not comeacross sincere to me. As the location is a very steep hill, walking isnot very convenient, so you need to wait for a buggy all the time tobring you from a to B.

Review 66：We had an Ocean View Private Villa. The villa was fantastic, incredibly spacious and the infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea was picturesque. What really added to our stay however, were the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were very attentive and polite at all times, including providing us with a complimentary foot massage, fruit platters and allowing us to check out late at no extra charge due to our flight time. An amazing location with equally good staff.

The restaurant is average,depending on what you order, yet it is quite expensive. We could not geta massage or spa treatment, unless booked the day before. The place isbuilt around steep hills, so casual walking is very inconvenient.

My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Pavillions Phuket: beautiful art pieces and furnitures in our villa (were upgraded to a penthouse villa) and in common areas, tasteful design all over the hotel, very good food (both Thai and European options), kind and flexible staff under the charming and efficient management of Nadia, beautiful garden, quiet beach easily accessible. good spa services. An excellent hotel at a reasonable price if one considers the quality of the offer, which included a delicious breakfast and an afternoon tea. This is a wonderful place to relax and we will definitely come back!
