Review 1：Reception staff alittle unfriendly...seem like they have a cant be bothered attitude. Not enough options for vegetarians. Lady on spa reception desk (boy cut hair) was very rude and gets frustrated easily as she cannot understand or speak English.

Review 2：Location, beach, pool area, most staff are very helpful and friendly. Majority of staff treat you like a family member and even treated my 18 month old like one of their own

Review 3：First of all we were waiting at the lobby for 1,5 hours to check in as the room were not ready for some reason. Receptionist Denis at that point promised to arrange for the late check out as a compensation for the delay at the check in. Variaty of food was very poor. Hotel is very small which doesn't reflect of the photos of the hotel. Lifeguard on the beach used to reserve the sunbeds with his own towels (this was prohibited by the hotel management) and used to sell each sunbed to the random people from the other hotels for 5 Liras however to Aqua residenst seeking for the available sunbeds he used to give the answer "sorry all sunbeds are occupied." Receptionist Deniz was VERY unhelpful as the only answer to all questions and requests she could give was NO. We requested for the late check out due to the late flight and receptionist Deniz informed us that she will charge additional 64 LIras for every hour of the late check out. Only upon my reminder to her and her colleagues on her promise to arange for the late check out dues to 1,5 delays in the check out she agreed to do so.... Not happy with the Hotel at all !!!

Review 14：I went to book hair cut and pedicure and manicure but cancelled it asthe staff did not seem very helpful at all! They were uninterested.

Review 16：pool nice but too small for the size of the hotel and chairs around taken early by 7.30 am. Lifts too slow, problems with one, I got stook in it but as glass front coukld wave and get help
