Review 1：The bedroom was a little cold when I arrived (but it took only a few minutes to warm it up).

Review 5：We liked the friendliness of the owner, and the relaxed atmosphere of the, quaint, older building, a 10 minute train ride away from downtown Maastricht. The train station was nearby, and the attractive town of Eijsden had several reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Only snacks were served in the charming older style pub on the ground floor, but a filling, tasty breakfast was available in the attractive dining room. Our cosy room was small but clean, and had it's own bathroom.We would definitely go back.

Review 12：Convenience of train into Amsterdam. There were 8 family members in 4 rooms, all very comfortable. Husband and wife (owners) were helpful with local information. They had a bar, all the locals were there. Great conversation!
Review 13：Bathroom tap spits and needs replacement. Extra cost for breakfast was not stated. Coffee machine needs instructions. Earplugs recommended: can hear the people outside and in the hall when they close their doors.

Review 15：There are many details to be found (like magazines in the stairway). The bar is cozy, the rooms are clean and the owner found it no problem to prepare breakfast earlier than the usual breakfast times.

Review 17：The staff was very friendly, we even had a choice between two rooms when we arrived. There was hot shower and the wifi was working well. There is a supermarket very close to the hotel, and also several restaurants. We parked on the main street, several places available.

Review 20：The price was great, train station 2 minutes from the hotel and by train to Maastricht less than 10 minutes, kind staff, clean room... It´s not 5stars hotel, but I had everything what I needed.

The hotel is super cozy, there is everything you need and the breakfast is absolutely delicious.The position is perfect : very close to the station of Eijsden ( to go to maastricht by train it takes 5 minutes), but at the same time very quiet for a dream sleep. The wifii works very well also. My stay has been so good, I would definitely go back and I recommend it to everybody.

Review 41：This was a delightful, elderly small hotel, which was comfortable and welcoming. Although the building is old the facilities have obviously been modernised recently - very modern and well equipped bathroom.

Review 46：The budget rooms are on the top floor so there are four flights of stairs to climb,which maybe ok for younger people but which we found difficult being older. We also found that the light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. This is an old building which has it's own charm but I think would benefit greatly from some updating.

Review 52：Room was cold. I tried to adjust temp, but I don't think it did anything. Heard people talking til 4 am. The bar is downstairs and I am not sure what time it closed? Shower stalls are very tiny. Bathroom could use an upgrade. But I rented a budget room. Other rooms could be different?
