Review 1：Didn't tell us what time breakfast is served, No microwave, Didn't show us around the room as far as light switches, heater ect...

Review 3：Pool was under maintenance and the threadmills need a "key" to work but no one tells you that until you get to front desk to tell them these don't work...

Review 7：It took a looooong time to get my room ready even after I posted in thereservation that I would be there early. Registration did not take muchtime but there were 4 receptionists trying to do the same thing. Allbumping into each other.They urgently need training. And to make anInvoice....it took for ever... I had to come back 5-6 hours later.

Review 9：No air conditioning thermostat in the room (at least I never found one and I didn't see an AC unit by the window). The shower faucet took a bit of figuring out, but it was great once you got it going. I also suggest putting complimentary coffee and a coffee maker in the rooms.

Review 10：The Front Desk clerks were very nice & helpful. The inside of the hotel was nice. I requested for additional towels and the staff were very accommodating. I recommend this hotel :-)
