Review 1：I was there for Medica fair. It is very close to the railway station. 2 minutes of walking ! Walking distance to all pretty places to be seen inthe town. Silent. Nice interior. .

Review 2：Very nice hotel, excellent location, extremly helpfull staff, excellent breakfast, room size is very good. We spent unforgotable weeken in this hotel. Strongly recommended.

Review 3：The reception staff are exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable with a small balcony/terrace. Wifi works well and there is a minibar in the room. Breakfast is well above the expected standard and waiting staff very helpful.

Review 4：The restaurant was a little over priced in our opinion so we didn't eat there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a surcharge of €6 for room service for lunch/dinner is high. A surcharge of €6 per person if you want breakfast in bed is very high.

Review 12：Fantastic customer service. Very comfortable bed. Great location in the town centre and is surrounded with lots of restaurants! Also within walking distance to the Designer Outlets which is a big bonus as it was the main reason of our visit. Highly recommended for individuals, couples or families with children like mine.

Friendly and helpful staff - we arrived at night and without reservation, but we were immediately placed in the room.

I had an amazing view and the great wifi allied me to get a lot of work done. Breakfast was good but and option of a fried egg would be nice. Overall really satisfied!

Review 30：I woke up several times in the night due to feeling cold as the duvet that was on the bed was to thin for the December month. Breakfast, food was good but as we went to get it someone ells decided to move are coats from our table, as they wanted the table next to the window, the staff had made no effort to stop this from happening so we wear left feeling that we would be looked at as being petty if we complained so we had our breakfast on a table that did not even have a table cloth on it, really disappointed that we had been put in this position.

When you get in lift everything is changing ( as if you stepped into time machine ). Besides of strong Internet quality everything is old, old and old. I am most disappointed of review I can read on booking. Why this hotel is scored 8,5 ??? There was the worst scrambled eggs I eat.

Review 36：Stayed 3 nights loud music on 2 nights had been advised of a party on one night on check in but second night loud music rang reception was told it was the after music of the theatre and should finish in 30 minutes or so was still playing after midnight

Review 37：the most uncomfortable bed and pillows, TV channels are mostly for locals, rooms are not sound proof, I can hear couples arguing in the room to the left and the TV volume from the room on the right. Hotel lobby is not easy to find, sauna facilities are shared by both men and women??? No privacy!

Review 39：poor quality of housekeeping dust on headboard from first day and still there when we left also we had a vacuum cleaner left in our room after it had been cleaned we left it out side our room and it was still there a day and a half later when we booked out, also the safety deposit box in the room did not function correctly. We brought all this up with the staff on reception desk when booking out they did apologise but no reduction was offered

Review 43：I came back to the hotel after midnight, having checked in around 18.00. Impossible to find their car-park from the oral directions I was given (no map). I had to park the car in an unauthorised area. I went to the hotel on foot to find the entrance door locked. No door-bell and no instructions on how to enter - not even a phone number. I went back to my car and found the phone number and rang them. I thought I would be sleeping in the car. Finally someone answered the phone and came to show me a back entrance that was completely unnoticeable. They explained how to get to the car-park (through complicated road-works) but I couldn't enter it (receptionist then found a place in another car-park). Next morning, they offered to cancel the room charge and gave me a "zero due" invoice. We shook hands on this solution and I said I would give them another chance another time. Three weeks later I found the full amount charged to my credit card. I sent "urgent" emails to query this, but got no sign they were acting on them. This hotel is mis-managed and dishonest.

Review 44：This was my first stay in this hotel and I must say I was more than satisfied. It had been recommended by a friend. The restaurant is fabulous and the hotel has everything travelers need to spend a good time.

In the evening youcan directly access the pedestrian area of Roermond. A lot ofrestaurants are around the hotel. The greek restaurant atropolis isworth a try!!

Review 47：Really hard bed and pillow. With the window open, due to the heat, too much noise from outside - bottle recycling (bottles being dumped with a lot of loud chatter after midnight) and car park (noisy Friday night revellers returning to their cars) almost directly below my window.
