Review 1：The staff was very friendly except the young woman who worked in "all inclusive" restaurant. She was unpleasant all week and looked like very bored to her job!

Review 3：only negative was the so call entertainment guy "Ash",,, he could'nt organise himself let alone any entertainment, lazy, i asked him one morning if he was going to do the water aerobics as advertised he said he could'nt be ar##ed ! his music choice was played all day around the pool , which was rasta or rap music, i dont mind that kind of music but at full volume !! when nearly every one around the pool were over 60 years of age

Review 8：Location was great. Food was good, always something available even if your fussy. BBQ every evening. Pool very clean every day. Cleaners are very good room was always tidy with clean towels when we got back from beach.

Review 9：as we don't speak english or turkish very well it would be nice to have at least someone who could speak russian among stuff, but it wasn't a big deal though this year we had a room above the kitchen, and could feel some smell and noice for several times in the early morning

Review 14：This was our fifth stay in Icmeler and our third stay at the Fortuna. Each time has got better. The staff remembered us as soon as we arrived which was a great start to our holiday. The food was excellent with plenty of choice.The location has to be one of the best in Icmeler and we will definately go back next year.
