Review 1：As I said earlier, the facilities were great, however at the time of year we stayed there (end of season) the outdoor pool was cold (as to be expected of course) but also the indoor pool was cold - if had been heated earlier in the season it had certainly been switched off before we tried to venture in to it. However the biggest issue for us was the bed - it was waaaaaay too firm for us. I think as more and more of us opt for Memory Foam on our beds at home the more uncomfortable hotel beds, especially Italian ones, will seem to us. Thankfully there was spare bedding in the apartment so I ended up with 3 layers of quilt underneath the bottom sheet but even then I failed to get a good nights sleep and couldn't wait to get home and into my own bed. The pillows were also very firm - not to our preference. Also we heard a lot of noise from our neighbours to either side of us - dragging chairs, cupboard/room doors, walking around in heels, toilet flushing during the night, etc - either they were very loud or the rooms aren't very soundproof.

Review 2：The location was great - away from the masses and in the country. The facilities, especially for families, were also great. Good sized apartment, everything was clean. Lovely view of pool and hillside. The food in the restaurant was not only tasty but also well priced.

Review 5：No big issue, just details - if you want to use the electrical cooker and the provided pan, be ready to wait cca 1 hour to prepare scrambled eggs :-) it's unbelievable how long it takes! Wifi and cleaning is not included in price.

Review 6：Great place if you prefer quiet vacation, nature and private. Spacious apartment with big terrace and everything you need. Swimming pool long enough to swim. Amazing location "at the end of the world" under hills and away from everything - you can enjoy real quiet and dark night, great to sleep. However it's 5 mins to shop/café and 1min to trail! You can practice tracking, biking, jogging, swimming.. Also the local restaurant offers good local food, for good price.

Review 7：They charged for everything, things like heating, wifi, towels, bed linen, cleaning and even toilet paper... so all things you would expect to get if you pay for accommodation. We paid 448 EUR at check out, it is pretty ridiculous I think, but that's Italy for you, nothing is a "bargain" there...:)

Review 8：Loved the location, stunning views... The apartment was very clean and we had direct access to the garden/playground, which was surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Review 13：The apartements situate in a very nice place, with mountain view and a little lake view. Great opportunities for leisure: two swimming-pools, sauna, playground. The apartments were large and comfortable (we took two-bedroom apartment).

Review 14：Our apartment was quit dark (lack of sun). Travelling in late August is not advisable.

Review 15：Perfect location in the mountains. Good equiped kitchen. All apartments have well-sized balcony (our apartment didn't have sun). Small supermarket was close. Good for hiking with several paths (paths are very well shown).

Review 16：There is an additional charge for mandatory cleaning (25) and for bedlinen (13) and towels. Even with this the prices are still low but isworth being aware of. Location is quite high in the mountains and a bitremote so would probably need a car and the roads to get there are quitesteep and winding.

Review 17：The view of the mountains is great, hotel would be ideal for walkers orfor families as there are indoor and outdoor pools and a large grassarea for games as well as cycle rental. Staff were all friendly. Roomwas large and came with a fridge and 2 hobs as well as a safe.

Review 18：We stayed at La Petrica in May . There is not friendly place for families with children - nothing to do for kids. We had ants in our room. The owner of La Petrica was rude and impolite. There was a lot of payments we were not informed of. The localization is not - Garda lake - it is top of mountain.

Review 20：If as indicated, bed linen, towels, heating, Wifi, house cleaning are not included in the price, you need to ask for the rates, because they are not displayed (30 euros for the house cleaning). Take this into account in the invoice. In addition, if the Wifi only works in common areas (it means the restaurant), know that it will cost 10 euros, /laptop or smartphone, not both... The apartment is convenient, but lack of comfort in general. Nothing is really planned for the daily maintenance. Finally it cost us more expensive than in the hotel, with less comfort.

Review 22：Is located on the mountain and it takes about 15/20 minutes to thelake of narrow, winding road. Take the road from Limone center toTremosine, It's easier to reach the hotel.

Review 23：It's a quite new resort on the hill back Limone. The rooms are wideand clean with everything you need. There are two swimming pools, oneindoors and one outdoors, a sauna and tennis courts.You can rent abicycle or ride a horse. Try the restaurant the food is reallywonderful. Very suitable for families with children"

Review 24：We had a fantastic stay at La Pertica! The staff were very friendly - especially the girl on Reception and the 2 waiters. The apartment was well equipped and very clean with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. We rented a car and drove down to Limone everyday and planned our route from there - try to avoid the very windy single lane road! The food in the restaurant was delicious and the waiters very friendly. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and any corner you turn you can see the mountain landscape. Overall I would recommend this hotel and location and definitely go back.

Review 27：Although most roads in Garda are very steep and this was quite a shockto us, when we arrived at hotel residence la pertica, all was forgiven!The staff were very friendly and made every effort to speak English!There are two levels to all rooms. Our room was on the first floor. Theroom was very clean and tidy with fresh towels (there was an extra feefor ye towels buy worth it). We stayed based on a self catering package,but ordered food to take away back to our rooms on a few nights whichwas wonderful, pizza and pasta! On our last night we had a meal in therestaurant and service and food was second to none, we received ourmeals withing 10 minutes of ordering, bliss!We would unreservedly return to this hotel in the future. Review 28：The room facilities was very poor: No cooking options in the room -unlike the pictures in the web page, no bath tub, water wasn't warmenough, very small tv, we ordered double bed and got two separate beds,no elevator to rooms (up to level3).The room was very expansive compared to other much better hotels in the area that we staid in.
