Review 1：When we came in, we realized that the room stank of urine, and there were splotches and hairs all over the bathroom. We asked the staff if there was anything they could do. First, they asked us if we were sure, before we got them to come up and check the room themselves. Then, they told us they would send someone to clean up if we could just wait in the lobby. We were allowed back after 45 minutes just to find out that someone had sprayed something like Febreeze and called it clean. The splotches and hairs were still there, and the stink returned as soon as the air freshener started to evaporate. We paid about $200 for the room, and I have never seen such poor conditions in any of the cheaper hotels I've stayed in before.

Review 14：Staff was exceptional, accommodated all kind of special requests, helped us out with language issues. The price was very budget-friendly. The Lobby was set up to be comfortable, roomy and inviting. On site restaurant had amazing breakfasts and good food with great friendly staff.

Review 15：The non-smoking rooms are interspersed with smoking rooms so the hallways smelled of smoke and the smell leaked under the door (not enough to ruin the room, but enough that you noticed it). I had a really lumpy pillow the first night, but they replaced it with a nicer one the second night.

Review 16：For the money, this hotel has some of the biggest rooms you'll experience in Japan. It was very clean and had a nice desk/tv area. The shower had very good water pressure. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the station making it very convenient.
