Review 1：Bad for business: noisy, thin walls, breakfast starts at 07:00 and place for events over the weekends.

Review 8：Since I booked with booking.com, reservation took forever. They were not very nice on check in either. The beds were so hard and outdated. The cleaning crew did not clean our room at all. They made the beds and changed our towels. Nothing more.

Review 11：The staff was very friendly and informative. I needed a tylenol for headache which was not offered by the hotel. One of the hotel hosts ran to the pharmacy to get the tylenol for us. Very thankful for your willingness to provide great service.

Review 22：one evening, around 10:30pm.someone from housekeeping opened our door while knocking, not giving us a chance to respond, walked right in in the time it took for my husband to stand up from the bed.The t.v. was on and she still made it all the way in to the sleeping area,knowing that we were in there. All she said as she was exiting was "Sorry,I was told to check on the room". That I found disturbing and unexceptional.

Review 57：Very nice hotel and staff. Everything having to do with our consulate appointments was a breeze due to the good location. Rooms were clean and comfortable and were usually quiet up on the fifth floor. They do host a lot of parties and there is some late night noise, but not too bothersome up on the higher floors.
