Refreshments and cocktails are served in the lobby bar or at the lounge cafe. The main restaurant seats 180 guests and offers Bulgarian, Italian and European cuisine. You can find a pleasant atmosphere and more privacy in the new restaurant Piаmonte which seats 45 guests.
Attached to the gym is an open-air terrace with a bar which seats 10 people. On the mezzanine floor, there is a small bar with a capacity of 20 seats.

Review 1：No towels and slippers in the pool area, you must bring your own. Also you must have / or buy from the hotel swimming cap.

Review 3：The heating did nt work very well on the 9th floor on the first day. Housekeeping staff only come at 7 pm. There was a kitchenette but no pots or pans

Review 9：Wifi is not always working, particularly at the higher levels. There were insects in the room which were popping out at night time, not nice!

Review 15：they show a pool but you cannot use it without payment! bcs they require a swimming hat! which of course u don't have, to use the sauna you have to pay anyway! the reception staffs were so bad! the didn't know any answer to any of questions! felt like they are coming from another planet! (e.x. we asked for a good restaurant around and she said she doesn't know and we find a nice top roof restaurant just couple of meter away!) I found a cockroach in my bathroom middle of night and I saw another in the room which I never could find it again (behind the bed!) it was disgusting!

Review 29：I stayed in a room with a view to a building behind the hotel which was still under construction. There was some noise from the ventilation. The wifi was quite poor.

Review 111：Badly equipped kitchen. No electric kettle. Of dishes - two cups and one plate, and that's all!. It is unclear why an electric stove if no pots and pans. Apparently it is expected that all guests bring with them.

Review 113：Hotel was cold. Restaurant was very slow and tough meat sold at high prices and had no ambiance. A three star hotel with a four star jacket. Laminate of the bathroom and tiollet doors where peeling of and lacked quality. No bell boy to help the wife get the luggage down with her three children.
