Review 1：Cool location that is excellent for the travelers with a car, nice modern rooms, wooden floor (that is important in winter in Sicily), quite rooms. Breakfast was ok (for the room rate). Do not estimate the location based on the map: Nice city center starts just after the hotel door, far away see front is not nice at all (coast guard, some manufacturing etc) - it's common in western Sicily.

Review 2：The breakfast was not outstanding although the capuccini were. The staff welcome was not brilliant although some individuals made up for others by being helpful and pleasant.

Review 4：Reception staff were not well informed about bus time tables. We discovered when it was too late to change the day of our visit to Erice that no buses were running on the Sunday, our last day in Trapani. Neither did they know that the cable car was not operating due to high winds. We had to take a taxi instead, a very expensive option. WiFi reception temperamental at times.

Review 5：Conveniently located, close to the old town centre; spacious, clean and comfortable room and bathroom; friendly and efficient dining room and housekeeping staff. Excellent, varied breakfast.

Review 6：We really enjoyed our stay.The location was just outside the centrostorico, very quiet. close to the train station, the bus to the centrostorico and the coach to the airport. So we practically could make use of the public transport. We could also get a taxi at any time without so much waiting. There is a parking space in front of the hotel. Besides it is very close to the beach. The room was excellent, very clean and the room service was very good. the breakfast was sumptuous enough. We could not wish for anything better.

Review 7：Very noisy since walls are thin and the door hinges strong so they bang. After 2 nights was moved from front of hotel and away from a room opposite the lift - noise so bad difficult to sleep.

Review 24：1St. They don't have room with sea view (the sea is in the rightside of the hotel and is possible to view it only if you get out in thebalcony and look to the right ) 2nd. The hotel is invaded by largecockroaches. We saw/kill one at the moment we entered in the room atarrival. For this inconvenience we received a bottle of Prosecco fromreception and we thought that it was only a one mishap and moved over.But a couple of days after we saw/kill another one in front of ourroom ... No other comments. 3Rd One full day and night without ac (technical problems in the entire hotel) 4th Very very poor Wi-fi

Review 26：Gangs asking money at public free parking area in the front of the hotel is really unpleasant. Staff is not so friendly. Hotel charge accomodation fee immediately after reservation. It was cheaper in the day of arrival.

They would be better having a drinks machine/coffee machine/hot water for tea so that people could help themselves.

Review 57：Poor WiFi connectivity. AC did not work above a slight breeze; room was hot. One could open window, but then traffic noise was an issue, although not bad. Decor is dark and rather gloomy. Breakfast was almost all sweets; a few pieces of cheese and a few hard-boiled eggs that disappeared quickly. Some fresh fruit. No view from my room except a vast parking lot. Tiny shower; if you're a large person you won't be able to wash your hair with arms raised!

Review 58：Close to bus/train station ( about three city blocks)for those without car. Bus from Palermo drops you one block from station. Easy. Quiet at night. Close enough to old town to walk safely for dinner if alone. Across a parking lot from the beach/ seafront. Staff was helpful with suggestions and polite.

Very free people on this area speak even basic English but staff at the hotel were fluent enough to help us with every request. Location amazing right on the beach 2 minutes walk to the main old town which is spectacular. Taxis when needed were not expensive. Cable car to erice which is a must do want expensive either but 4kms away so taxi needed that was it though. Perfect location gorgeous decor felt like we struck gold here x

Review 64：Honestly that was on of the best hotel we have ever been to in Italy. Newly renovated. Good locaction (beach, old town), free parking with many places. Spacious room with really big shower tube and extremely large bed was very comfortable. Fantastic idea with a welcome bottle of prosecco. Nice breakfast, however if you stay for more than just a couple of days maybe not varied enough. Air condition working very effectively. Towels were changed even twice a day.
