Review 1：The breakfast was great. There were plenty of natural products like cheese, honey, yougurt. The man who was making pancakes was very nice and with sense of humor. Location is great, the room clean and valuable stay at all. Definetely recommend it!

Review 9：According to the description, the deluxe double room had a bath tub, but it turned out there are no bath tubs in the hotel at all. I did not quite catch the difference between a deluxe and an economy double room.

Review 12：The hotel has secure parking and is centrally located. The buffet breakfast was excellent considering the low price paid. Pancakes were cooked to order by a very attentive waiter. The cleaner discovered the charger I left and ran out to give it before I could drive off,

Review 13：The hotel has no noise isolation, so even with the windows closed you can still hear the traffic outside, even late at night. The walls are thin and doors squeak very loudly so if you have noisy neighbours it can be very difficult to sleep. Upon booking: We requested a room for non smokers and didn't receive one. We requested a quiet room and If that's what we received, please stay away. Parking costs min 5 lev/day, it's overpriced as your vehicle will be in the sun all day so you might as well park it next to the hotel for free. Breakfast is buffet but the quality of the food is very low, we were expecting that.

Review 14：Room was clean and well furbished but the electric water heater had water in it and was full of dust so we didn't use it. Towels were changed every day and shampoo/tp was added. Hotel is located in the heart of the city, and it's easy to get to.

Review 36：As we entered, we were welcomed by the amicable, knowing smile of the Gabrovan receptionist. Irrespective of the language barrier, we checked in without a hindrance. Taking our ice cold beers (from the fully stocked drinks refrigerator), we made the ascent to our room. Greeted by the cool, subtle breeze of the air conditioning, we set down our bags, kicked our shoes off and were consumed by the plush mattresses so kindly installed by the staff.

Review 37：Please note that some of the rooms are overlooking a busy road and can be noisy. The hotel however has plenty of rooms that face quieter streets.

Review 38：My husband and I had booked a deluxe double room, thinking it had a bathtub. Well, it hadn't but that was our mistake. The staff kindly offered to change the room for a small suite (the suites only have bathtubs) for the same price. We gladly accepted :) The hotel has its small faults (traces of leaks on the wall, lacking nice toiletries) but the great friendly staff compensates for everything. The price and the location are totally worth it.

Review 39：- The hotel didn't receive information of my booking, so I had to convince the receptionist that I have the reservation ; - I got the regular single room although I have booked single deluxe with bath and big bed. According to the receptionist, there are no single rooms with the bath in Balkan. That is, the false information has been provided to me; - The restourant has been closed for some event serving. Another one had been just closed at 9pm, although was supposed to work until 10pm; - No hot water at the morning, although at the evening it was ok.
