Review 1：The facilities are quite dated. It's not that it's bad, it is just that a visitor should be aware.

Review 3：Comfortable hotel close to Urbino, though probably need a car for convenience. Excellent value with vast breakfast, free wifi, large clean air conditioned rooms, pool, and friendly helpful owner and staff. Restaurant on site.

Review 4：We enjoyed our one night stay here very much indeed. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant serves good food and we had a great view of Urbino from our table and good service from a very pleasant and efficient waitress. The breakfast choice was superb. Although we didn't use the pool it looked very inviting as it was a very hot day when we arrived. This is a good hotel with plenty of parking space. Don't worry if you can't find it on your sat-nav, just follow the signs to Urbino and you can't go wrong.....

Review 5：The room was a nice size and comfortable. The wifi worked well in all areas of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Great selection of food from baked goods to fresh fruit. We had an incredible New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel. Great memories!!!

Review 6：It was very unattractive, built in the 70s or 80s, everything seemed tired and outdated. Breakfast seemed to offer a good choice but the quality was poor, the fruit juices were undrinkable and the coffee was also poor. But there are not many hotels in Urbino!

Review 37：Dinner in the restaurant was poor to awful. On second night we were presented with inedible, tough lamb chops. We felt that some of the staff were running the hotel, and owner, though trying to be helpful, was struggling. The featured swimming pool was not open. Opening times should be made clear in the description. No signs to hotel until you are there, and satnav told us we had arrived about a mile earlier up the road. Owner spoke good English but very limited in restaurant. .

Review 40：Best breakfasts that I have had in Italy. . Big variety of cold breakfst dishes and in addition I had a fantastic omlette one morning. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. Behind the desk staff gave me some very good tips for Urbino and other localities in the northern Le Marche. Good location - best option for visiting Urbino and desk staff gave me a good tip on where to park.

Review 43：the location was a little further out than I thought, the TV only had a couple of channels and no international English language channels. no info in the room as to the facilities on offer, i.e. the restaurant etc. the minibar fridge door didnt work, and no prices. one of the lights in the bedroom didnt work.

Review 46：Great location just outside of Urbino. Quiet spot, lots of free parking, places outside to drink coffee and a swimming pool (summer only) that if it is too hot one can lounge around until you pluck up courage to visit Urbino a few kilometers away or go touring to other wonderful villages in the vicinity. The view from the bedroom of the hills was good too. Very helpful man on main desk, happy to point out places of interest and sort out anything else as well. Breakfast OK, not startling but evening meal included in room rate - great value.

Review 52：The hotel is situated near Urbino and close to the road leading to the town but not on the road itself, and for that reason it is quiet. The location is great for visiting beautiful town of Urbino and surrounding area. The staff is very helpful, polite and English speaking. The hotel owner advised us about the visit of Urbino and gave us very helpful information about the best parking spaces for visiting Urbino and directions of our next destination. Large, clean, and comfortable room. A lot of free parking spaces in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. We received personal e-mail from the hotel manager after the booking which was very touching. The historical town of Urbino is worth visiting and the hotel served well for such visit.

Review 59：The hotel could do be with a bit of an upgrade, but it serves its purposes and it does have quite a few things going for it. The hotel is outside Urbino, and the view on all sides of the hotel is really wonderful. It is surrounded by green hills and hilltop houses and a beautiful panoramic vista of Urbino. The hotel is close to the main road leading to Urbino, but somehow shielded from any noise of cars passing by. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were extremely helpful and friendly. When we were leaving, the receptionist even volunteered some advice on which routes to take to have the most scenic drive. Breakfast was very good, especially given our past experiences in Italy where they just serve you sweet stuff; this hotel had also a large variety of options for people who eat "non-sweet" breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel is free (parking being a bit of a problem in Urbino). Wi-fi worked.
