Review 1：Not easy to reach the hotel, it's costly to go out of the hotel to any where , to much animals noises around and poor mentinance for the rooms facilities such as the bed and air conditioning noises.

Review 6：really disappointed but tbf the whole thing did turn out comical, if u have a sense of humour! We were told less than 24 hours before we arrived they had overbooked so we don't have a room, they did finally put us in a twin which costs $90+ a night and wasn't cleaned once during our 3 night stay. Every time we ordered a meal we got something completely different, on the last night I waited 45minutes after my side of potato had arrived for a piece of stale tuna. The staff (barring one young girl who tried her best to help us) seem really reluctant to help, or as if every request was a major hassle to them, I wouldn't usually complain but the fact the 'resort' was asking for London money I feel like saying something about the whole experience!
Review 7：There was a young girl at reception who did try to help us out with booking flights, she was very helpful.
Review 8：The shower only has cold water, it's not been plumbed in for hot water!! The resort is looking "tired" it needs a fresh coat of paint. The reception tried to charge me a higher price than I reserved on Booking.com, thankfully I kept the email on my phone. Food was average and overpriced. No tv in rooms and no internet in rooms.

Review 10：The road too bad and unfortunately our rental bike's tyres had broke because of the harsh road.The environment also not same with the pictures and the room we got still not complete with the facilities.

Review 14：There're some major problems that I can't accept: 1. No hot water in the shower. 2. Far from the beach, especially the south beach area. 3. You'll pay about 150p from Moalboal town to the hotel. If you're going to south beach, another 150 or 200p would be taken for one way. 4. Water in the swimming pool is not that clean.

Review 19：The staffs is nice as well as their owner Rose and her hubby they are like a family to me, Miss riding with their Motorcycle for rent.Miss to see there monkey that eat spaghetti.And happy that Moalboal beach Resort is been a part of our journey, love story and history.

Review 21：The setting was very tranquil, set by itself on the bay away from any other buildings. The monkeys and cats and dogs gave a home like feel. The rooms are very clean; tiles in the bathroom like new. The staff were very friendly food was good and Nik was a fantastic host.
Review 22：The air conditioning was not working well due to power fluctuations. The sea is not suitable for swimming.
Review 23：Quit location, nice staff, nice pool, good food and fruit juices. Our daughter loved the dogs. Although we booked the standard room the owner was kind enough to give us the deluxe room. This room is bigger and much better for a family with a baby. The deluxe rooms are close to the pool and have a nice view to the sea. Next time we chose the deluxe room immediately. We liked the resort so much that we extended our stay for two more days.
