Review 1：We arrived 8am and we have to wait until the guest for our room assignment checked out at around 12 noon. We are only told to leave our things upstair but not in a close room where we should feel that our things be safe. So we prefer to wait until our room is vacated. The worst thing is we are not comfortable while waiting and we can smell the restroom. The place is so far from the beach area.

Review 15：Mosquitos,mosquitos,mosquitos...:( Noisy vicinity(near the water stn, so expect frequent mini/delivery trucks and nearby residents passing trough that u can still hear inside the rm.. You can hear the flushing of toilets above you and the toilet door's freaky noisy sound that disturbs everyones sleep.. Too bad for my mom for that. And is quite far from the beach

Review 17：Location is far from the beach. Shared toilet and restrooms. No shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Shower not working in one of the bathrooms in 3rd floor.Rooms are not soundproof. Do not stay in this place in a rainy season, for sure the road going there will be muddy. Had to suffer a dusty walk on a rough road going there this time. I do not see kitchen utensils (example, drinking glass, plates, spoon, or fork in the kitchen to be used by guests). The site states that there is an "adjoining" bathroom and ref in the room. But not true for standard rooms. They should have been more specific. The rooms are small also to fit just the bed with limited movement.
Review 18：Cheap accommodation. Relatively clean room, clean towels, and clean bathrooms. Walking distance from D'Mall and other cheap carinderias and sari sari stores.
Review 19：Family room was not cleaned prior to our check-in, CR bowl was dirty! The room has lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches!!! Linens are too small and too thin for an airconditioned room. Dusty room and you can write through the dust inside the CR.

Review 23：The staffs were very friendly and very helpful.I stayed there with my friend for a 3 nights vacation.My friend unfortunately had problem with her sandals and one of the staff offered my friend to use her slippers first so we can buy a new pair of slippers at the shops.They were also helpful when our shuttle to the port going back didn't arrive on time,they called the shuttle's office for follow up.The location is good and convenient to pharmacy,western union,stores and shops and just a few minutes away to the beach.

Review 27：Are you looking for a cheaper but good facilities? I guess this one is for you! We stayed here for 3days and 2nights and we don't have any problems encountered. The room was ok as well as bathrooms eventhough we shared bathrooms with other guests. Walking distance to the white beach and malls. Not bad for 2600php for 3days and 2nights and will definitely recommend this for travelers with a very tight budget.
Review 28：Even though we booked this room for 4 people and it was advertised for 8, there was absolutely no space to put any luggage. The room was smaller than advertised, completely overpriced and crammed with so called “double beds” side by side, even without any space to walk in between the beds. When we confronted the owner with this, he behaved stubborn and rude, and did not compensate a single cent. If the room had been as advertised, we would even have ignored the fact that the house is right beside the Boracay sewage plant, and the extremely narrow walk to the beach is dangerous due to exposed electrical wiring, broken glass, garbage and barbed wire. Oh, and don’t be fooled by the colorful pictures, which were taken at night with christmas lighting and then photoshopped. The house is located in a slum, and that’s what it looks and smells like.
Review 29：A bit overpriced; but all places in The Philippines are like this so well, have to accept it then. Little walk to D' Mall and the White beach, through not-so-clean local market. No map provided to guests. Field coordinator of the guesthouse was not great, pricey!! Please go to the beach and check price there, let's not ask the staff.

Review 31：Staff, bed, facility, nothing good you can imagine. The worst hotel ever. The sharing toilet didn't have the toilet paper whenever I went. Airconditioner was very noisy; I couldn't sleep at night. I and my family was very sad with this hotel. I was very sorry to my family because I was the person who booked. It was very dissapointing from A to Z. I can't believe that this hotel is called hotel and in booking.com. I arrived very late at night because of the flight schedule and nobody was there. I and my family including 70 year old mom and 3 year old baby had to wait for 1 hour outside of the hotel. I kept ringing as the security of the next hotel but no one answered. Finally, a young girl came from the ceiling and I could come in. I payed because I didn't have any choice and I spent the worsed night. Furthermore, she didn't check my stay, so I have 'no show' in my booking list. I asked several time to change my booking status, but it has not been changed, yet.
