Review 1：People at the lobby desk were not very friendly and did not explain our rights to a breakfast. Also did not warn us or ask us about having to leave a deposit for using the phone in our room. Would make us wait for along time while the prioritized the phone

Review 6：I booked through booking.com and arrived at 6:20pm at which time I was informed that the hotel cancels all reservations after 6:00pm. I started to panick and look for another hotel butte decided to ask to speak with the manager. I explained to Lizzette my situation and that there should be a disclaimer on the website informing the guest of their check in policy. After a short discussion she began to look through the computer and offered a room that had recently been vacated if we were willing to wait 30 minutes for housekeeping to clean it. In the meantime we had dinner. In the hotel dining room and she was true to her word. After this inconvenience was corrected our stay was very comfortable.

Review 7：They did not repect our reservation or arrival time. They moved us to their other hotel and did not give us the room we booked. however we were told we would have the correct room at the other hotel, but they did not respect this.

Review 9：It was very clean. My boys enjoyed the pool. The karaoke bar was fun and a friendly environment. The restaurant was great. Good coffee and breakfast selection was great as well.

Review 12：We weren't in the hotel very often. We were always out and about. Room was clean, but it had a funny smell to it. We couldn't figure what it was it wasn't horribly bad but it was pretty strong. Pool was smaller than expected.

Review 14：They didn't respect my reservation. I reserved for two days , and when I got there they said that everything was booked and only gave me a room that I didn't reserve and for one night only. I wouldn't recommended to any one. You make plans and you confident that your room will be ready when you check in.

Review 16：The location is not good. Ugly area located right off a busy street with cars speeding by all day & night. The mattress was hard as a rock, didn't sleep very well on it. The restaurant had some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had.

Review 36：No fridge, no free wifi, no free breakfast. And in valentines day all you want is privacy. Walls didnt help my neighboors lol... I wonder if they heard... Us!!! Lol
