Review 1：Hotel was so difficult find and place was horrible. We booked two days but we left after one day.
Review 2：Beach was horrible and there haven't anything. We wanted to eat but we found only one restaurant about 2 km to our hotel.
Review 3：There were ants everywhere. They ended up coming home with us. Furniture was placed over molded and damaged flooring which also had living things in them.
Review 4：The hotel was located a quick walk from the pier and most of the furnishings were well kept and new. A nice looking place. The staff was very nice and came to us for check-in.
Review 5：not a hotel, room for rent.Breakfast was only bread and coffee sachets , no hot water, no seperate shower-3in1(toilet shower sink), many dogs on walkway in building-must be careful walking at nightime. Building not accessible for handicapped individuals...false perception online...would not book again.

Review 8：The Hotel was difficult to locate, but after one phone call, a person immediately came to meet us, walk us to hotel and room. The top floor over looks the ocean and the Pattaya skyline across the bay, hotel is on the coast line. Its within walking distance of the main town and local shops.
Review 9：There was breakfast including in the big price, but they didn't have reception or restaurantin the building. It was very hard to find, cuz there wasn't any signs in english and it was between houses and ocean.There was a beach as they promised,but it wasn't possible to swim in there:/

I ask to change room because my one was without hot water and they gove me a new one without charge any money.we had breakfast every morning for free even if it was not included...if i go to ko larn in the future i will definitely go there again.
