Review 14：We stayed for a couple of days between Christmas and New Years, so the first thing to mention is that the rooms were lovely and warm. We had two lovely rooms with balcony views of the mountains. The owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful (and he speaks German like a true Bavarian, so our German friend tells us). The hotel has its own restaraunt, which was very good value and served fantastic food - it's not often you get tomatoes that fresh and full of flavour in December! The Shipka Pass is at the end of the village, and Etura is a very short drive away, although apparently it is a nice walk when the fields are dry. Also close are Gabrovo and Tryavna. Perfect for a relaxed week of sightseeing and mountain walks.

Review 16：The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, The location was quiet, not very far from the Etar outdoor architectural and ethnographic museum. The owners/proprietors were friendly, helpful, personable, and the food was some of the best we had in our Balkan visit.

Review 17：Great location for those who come to see Gabrovo/Etyr and prefer notto stay in the city. Way to the center takes less than 10 min bytaxi, approx. For 3 eur. Very quiet place, calm and relaxing.Surprisingly large and comfortable rooms, with natural materials andcolors. Wifi, tv. Very friendly staff, you feel here as you aresurrounded by old friends.
