Review 1：The breakfast buffet was interesting and had undercooked items - however the chef did look into it once advised. Small room but normal for PI

I Understand the food to be philipino but it's good practice to appeal to your customer base. Staff were un trained in customer service skills and basic waitering on. Building site opposite hotel so view wasn't great.

Special praise for Arnel who was very helpful on the beach supervising guests and their belongings diligently ,also the magnifique chef Noye who made the best breakfast ,don't forget to taste his fantastic chilly sauce. He will not part with the recipe but gave us a specimen as gift. Overall we enjoyed the locality of the hotel and we felt that we had 5 Star treatment.

Review 9：The first room that they gave us( family suite) because one of the rooms has no windows at all and the second one has a very tiny opening outside although on booking.com is not described like that!

Review 10：The location of the resort, the fact that they have a private beach, the room that they manage to give to us on the second day(the family loft) because was huge and with a lot of light and fresh air, the staff ( they are extremely polite, understanding and helpful)

Review 18：There was a bit of construction going on near the location of the sunbeds at Reyes BBQ and I think the contruction workers would piss near the trees because it smelt strongly of urine. We had to ask the butler to move the sunbeds because the stench was terrible. I am pregnant and my senses are strong enough as it is, also I have a one year old child with me , as well as my other family members and I did not want my son to play anywhere near such an unhygienic environment.

Review 19：I liked the location of the hotel, it was less than 2 minutes to the beach and the beach front area reserved for guests with sun beds was about a 5 minute walk. The beds were big and comfortable and they offered a turn down service twice a day. The pool was nice and the staff was always happy to play with my son. The buffet breakfast was ok, and when we requested bacon which wasn't on the buffet the chef was happy to oblige which was a real treat.

Review 20：I dint like the room service initiation at times. When you tell them they do a very good job. However following their routine they knock and call room service, if you are in the washroom forget them hearing your reply as it's noisy near the pool. They could just have a switch with display outside for room service.

Review 22：1- During apec 19/11/2015 my flight has been canceled from" Cepu Pacific Airline". Then Cepu Pacific Airline changed theflight to 18/11/2015. I informed the hotel reception and theyasked the management. One day after I received one mail "Your booking has been successfully modified Deluxe Double or Twin Room for guest MOHAMMED ALSHEHRI Departure: Wednesday, 18 November 2015 (was Thursday, 19 November 2015) price: PHP 9,615.09 (was PHP 12,820.12) i really appreciated. i had the same experience in other hotel, but they didn't modify and they got the money. 2- Helpful staff and always have a very good smile. 3- excellent breakfast. I really love their Black Coffee.

Review 27：9 of us went, 6 of us had the breakfast and all 6 down with food poisoning (Diarrhoea, vomit and fever), we spent most of our holiday resting in the room :( Pool was dirty with some filth floating towards the end. Overall hotel is smelly, there was an odor (suspected insecticide) in one of the room. Safety box doesn't work (low batt). Doesn't verify credit card for deposit, only take cash (wasn't mentioned earlier).

Review 31：It took them more than an hour to serve food in their Eden Restaurant. It happened twice during our stay. One was on the night of October 1 when we went to have some beer and snack at their bar. We only ordered nachos but it took them an hour to serve it. However, they added a piece when we ordered buffalo wings which we appreciated. What's so difficult to make nachos though? I don't think it would take more than an hour. Another thing is they have limited choices on their menu and most of these are unavailable so, you have to literally ask what's available on the menu. Worst thing happened during lunch the next day. It was raining so, me & my friends decided to have lunch in the hotel. Most of our order turned out to be unavailable. They informed my friends right away but for my Spring Rolls, they only informed me that the wrapper wasn't available after an hour. I just decided to order chicken adobo and to my disappointment, the chicken was not cooked well. It was still bleeding. I asked for the manager but, Jeffrey tried to talk to me which I refused and asked for the manager who wasn't there, unfortunately. and we had to leave to catch our flight to manila. Jeffrey was trying to reimburse my payment which I refused and told him 160 pesos couldn't help so much. What if I get salmonella poisoning from that uncooked chicken? He apologized, however, I still wanted to talk to their manager. I'm not exaggerating things but, this is critical for the food & beverage business. It seems like the people in the kitchen were inefficient. I don't think they are undermanned and it's not peak season. There were only 2-3 groups, including us, who were eating in the restaurant at that time. Imagine if it was peak season, it could be much worse. I hope the manager could sort this out, otherwise it would reflect how he handle and manage things. I'm glad though that he to reached out to me after that incident.

Review 35：Some of the reviews I read here was saying that breakfast was simple. But please do not believe on it. I dunno what simple means to them, but breakfast simply means to me is good food and good service. Kudos also to very courteous staff and very generous toiletries (you cannot finish the body wash during a 3 day stay, trust me). Rooms are always clean, water bottles always replenished. I can say that I am staying normally to mid-cost hotels, but this one is my top choice on mid-costs range.

Cleanliness is very good, super very good, from the pool to the verandas, to the common areas, elevators, even the railings around are well taken cared of. Management make sure that everything is pleasing to eye. Very private with minimum number of rooms. Enough crowd to feel super relax. We are so happy and we will be back for sure.

Review 53：It's a few minutes walk from the beach path, behind Regency. They have a small portion of the becjfront where you can stay; it's very near the talipapa area. Their beer is reasonably priced. Wifi is slow during our stay, and their beds a bit small.

No attempt was made to keep chat/banging of doors down, despite how early it was. Also the food in the hotel was not of a good standard at all.

Review 64：We had to transfer to a Family suite room for the last night and we had a bad experience staying in that room which was located at the end of the corridor on the highest level of the building. Sewage smell was very strong even after the housekeepers had tried to get rid of it. Very poor Wifi connection except at the balcony. Nonetheless, it was more spacious than the Family Loft.

Review 65：All the hotel staff were very friendly, super helpful, considerate, understanding and concerned about their guests; from the receptionist to the bell boy, housekeepers and even the cook! We loved the Family Loft as it was perfect for a group of friends on vacation.

Review 66：The walk path from the hotel is always wet as the street is used as some sort of drainage path. The floor was always slippery and there's just sand everywhere. No view at all. Next building doing construction so if you're planning to nap in the afternoon, you're going to have a bad time.

Review 68：1. The first time we arrived in our room, we noticed the bedsheet contained some grayish stains so my wife called the housekeeping and they sent a staff right away to change our bedsheet. However, I would still say that the room is clean and we still had a good stay at the hotel.

Everything is very nice when I stayed with 3 nights in Family Loft. Comfortable 2 queen size bed(2 floor) and wifi access in the room. Location is also convenient to the beach, seafood market and Dmall. A new resort with friendly staff.
