Review 1：Well as beeing tired would have been nice if the hotel had some sort of massage or spa.. jakuzi maybe... The staff needs to smile more..their services are awesome just miss a litle smile:)

Review 3：There was one misunderstanding with regards to the reservation amount but it was resolved with the help of the staff. The staff of the hotel is highly professional.

Review 4：Triple room is perfect, it has all what one family needs. It has own guarded parking, close to the main street. Good breakfast as well.

Review 12：Nice clean rooms, helpful staff. The location seems off buy is very easy to get to anywhere from there. We had a car with us and the private parking lot feels very secure to leave your car.

Review 15：Just be careful if you need to get to the airport during a high traffic time. The 2-3 miles will still take up to 20-30 minutes.

Review 16：This hotel is great if you are needing to get to the airport. There are only two options in Bulgaria for hotels. First, is brand named ones that are extremely overpriced, or second, your typical basic Bulgarian hotel that is smoky, uncomfortable, and unclean. This hotel is rare because it is clean, not smoky, and comfortable (still the basic Bulgarian mattresses) but not too bad. It's at a great price and the breakfast is larger than most normal Bulgarian hotels. About 10 leva taxi ride to the airport unless it's peak hours and it'll be 14 leva.

Review 17：No wifi, or there was but with poor signal. Toilet without shower cabin, you have to take shower directly on the tiles, and the whole bathroom is in water. AC was loud, and didn't worked quite efficient. The guy on reception was quite rude and uncooperative. This was not our first stay in this hotel, but obviously last time we were in different room (same category). These rooms definitely needs some improvement.

Review 21：we paid via booking .com and 'booking is made' we are told on line BUT hotel tell us they did not get paid before our arrival and we had to pay then. We paid in cash. We have not been able to check this with bank as yet but apparently hotel had similar probs. before.

Review 22：Everything was great. Highly recommend it. It is clean as home, quite as home, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, everything was like a hotel with 4 stars. I will come again for sure.

Review 23：Wi-Fi signal coverage was problematic the 1st day as the room was located mid-hallway. We were moved to another room in the wings of the building and the signal has improved drastically.

Review 30：I have stayed at this hotel several times, in fact will be there again next week with my daughter and grandson. It is very near to the airport, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Great hotel, nice and courteous staff and great value for money.

Review 48：Acctually, it is not in the center of the city but price is showing that fact. If you are with car - there is not a problem. By the way, taxi service in Bulgaria is not so expensive for foreigners - just 6 lv(3-4 euro) to the city center.

Review 49：First - parking in front of central door, second - young and friendly staff, third - spacious room with good air condition and next - good wifi. After our accomodating - nice restorant and small garden in front of hotel. It was plesure to stay at this hotel (relaxable atmosphere even inside the city). If you hire room on place - it will cost higher than by internet.

Review 50：The room had a very bad smell inside and even if we changed 3 different rooms and stayed with the windows opened for more than one hour, the chemical smell (from the cleaning products probably) made our sleep/stay at the hotel impossible, so we had to leave
