Review 1：Not in the best area, but fairly typical for Ranong town.
Review 2：Only there for the one night, but staff were really helpful in getting the booking sorted and the taxi + boat booked for us. Lovely little place, perfect for what we needed. Free WiFi was good speed too. Price was really good.
Review 3：it's not the center of the city and we spend about 25 min to go to main evening-life area with restaurants and bars. so - it's not the best location.

Review 65：Stuff doesn't speak English. Pretty far from anywhere in town (e.g. bus station, hot springs, pier) need to hire a taxi and taxi in Ranang charge per person not per drive. U pay 200 if u go alone and u pay 800 if u go on same car with ur 3 friends. Owners should arrange cheap transfers for guests. A kettle in the room would aslo be nice.
Review 66：Pretty new, quiet place, good beds, aircon not too loud. Hot springs in ranong is a great place to visit.
Review 67：- staff extremly unqualified - no english spoken - always ask for a receipt for your own safety when paying We have been here before and liked it. Therefore we booked a room again for one night. We paid our room upon arrival. The staff does speak no english. We asked for a receipt and she showed us the calculator. Even Pantomime didn't help us, but we thought since we will check out 3,5 hrs later (we had to take the nightbus to Bangkok and used the room for showering and getting ready) everything will be great. Well it seemed she didn't want to remember us paying and communication was not possible due to her lack of any english words. Was a very stressful and awful situation, which ended in phoning the owner.
Review 68：- close to 7/11 - very good roti just around the corner - the bus station for the vip 24 to bangkok is 3 walking minutes away. There you can buy your ticket directly without having to pay a fee for a travel agency like pons place

Review 70：Initially we had our doubts as there were no reviews but this is a newly opened hotel (2 months old) and it is fantastic! We had trouble finding it initially, no taxis drivers were sure where it was but we ended up calling the hotel and the kind lady came to fetch us which was great. It is very very clean, it has a tv, comfy bed, great showers fridge and a spacious room and a little modernness to It. The wifi is good and it has amentiys near to it. Tesco is about 15 minutes away via Scooter. We also had our laudry done there and that was good too, 5-7baht per item. Lovely clean new pale for a decent price! Would reccomend, it was great!
