Review 1：The front desk wasnt help full, asked for more days , they dont work with you . Breakfat was horrible. Staff are not welcoming & friendly .

Review 2：The only good thing was it was walking distance from consulate , one of the security in the night was very helpfull.

Review 3：WiFi keeps going out. Cleaning lady uses a shopvac which doesn't clean carpet not her fault. That's city jrs fault for not having proper tools. Pillows suck leaving with sore neck.

Review 12：Security guard, cafeteria staff and housekeepings were super friendly and helpful during our whole week stay. It was great to have a warm breakfast everyone morning and the ladies that were bringing out the food were super nice. Awesome location for visa processing and always felt safe.

Review 21：Breakfast could use variation, wifi could improve!! Although it's a free breakfast, ugh it's the same thing everyday day! It consists of egg and ham with beans(all the time) and either chilaquiles, potatoes, chicharon and things like that they only switch up the third side accompanied with a small bolillo and fruit( melon or papaya) with a small concha( Mexican bread) and your choice of coffee, milk, or minute maid orange juice! Would be nice for them to switch up the breakfast! Also the wifi sucks! At times it works good then it's really slow and sometimes it doesn't work at all but downstairs in the lobby the wifi works perfect! It's up in your room where it's not that great!!! Also it would be nice if they had a mini fridge in each room but they don't! Most of the staff is pretty friendly but one particular girl in reception isn't! She really doesn't go out of her way to try to help you! Another thing I didn't like was the computer station if you would even call it that! It's not inside a room it's more of in the hallway and there was only one computer and then two days after our stay they took it away to "repair" it and they haven't placed it back and it's been over a week! Other than these few negatives the hotel is good.

Review 22：If your coming to Juarez to get your visa or residents card then I would recommend this hotel because the price is pretty cheap, if you book it online, the location is perfect consulate is right across, medical and fingerprinting are also across the street within a 5 minute walk( beware when you do your medical exam got straight to the clinics do not listen to fake fraudulent guys with a fake plastic badge that try to send you opposite of where the clinic is! They tried to send us somewhere else saying we had to register first for the medical exam but we did not listen to him and continued walking towards and inside the clinic! There are real security guard in front of the clinics and consulate) Other than that it's pretty safe we never saw any type of violence during our whole stay! The area is pretty safe and clean!! Don't be nervous about your interview they only asked my husband like 4 questions and after he was approved we received his packet with his visa within two days after his interview!! As to the hotel it's pretty clean and nice exactly as the pictures, they are a bit small but it didn't bother us! The cleaning ladies come everyday to clean your room! I never ordered anything to eat, but they do serve a free breakfast from 6 to 1030 am I believe. Most of the people if not all that are staying in this hotel is usually here to get their visa as well! The hotel offers free transportation to walmart, dhl, the border to seal ur visa, and the airport. There is a laundry room which only has one washer and dryer! Overall it's a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Review 29：I didn't like the fact that they did not have the room that i wanted. I got a double bed instead of a single. Wifi at times gets really slow. The kitchen ran out of food one morning. the water comes out slow from the shower head and the sink.

Review 30：This hotel has the absolute best location if you are going to the consulate. Medical, fingerprints, and consulate all within walking distance. There is a mall also within a walking distance. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The hotel shuttle is really convenient they can take you to walmart, the dhl office, airport or to the border. All the staff was friendly along with the security guard.
