Review 1：20 min of cold water before it turned warm, cold inside the building without heating possibility, kitchen open only at certain hours, no wifi in the rooms, soft beds.

Review 2：Clean towels every day, good location, parking space, 24h reception, access to well equipped kitchen (fridge, stove at your disposal), cleanliness, breakfast included, helpful and polite staff.

Review 3：Smell of cigarettsmoke,everywhere as the smokers occupied the always open entrance and the smoke went in and like in a chimney up to the rooms.I hate cigarettsmokesmell!Specially in the morning!

Review 4：Closeness to everything.Stayed for 15+1 day! I am now in another hostel! Love to strawl the streets of Ponta Delgadas old town!

Review 5：Bellow the average place to stay. Ok for one night. Otherwise think twice before U book. Spacious but cold rooms will make U feel like in a softcore mental hospital. And staff atitude to you is more like to a patient not a guest. We arrived at midnight and said we'll check out at 6am and still got to listen all the strict house rules.

Review 6：We had a spacious and clean room. Common showers were clean as well but not very comfortable. There is a public carpark in front of the house.

Review 7：The bedroom was poorly organised and no blinds, so a lot of lighting from the exterior during sleeping time. No lights in the bathroom.

Review 8：It's well located, which helps moving around in town and to the public transportation. The breakfast was fine.

Review 9：Wi-Fi was only at the living room at the first floor. Hot water in showers started flow after some minutes. So I have to wait for it. There was no electric kettle at the kitchen. Staff were not friendly. And they didn't show any pleasure to explain were is the places of interest and how to go there. And the thing that anoyed me most of all, the smell of сigarettes smog. It was everywhere at the building. The front door wasn't closed and the most of staff smoked nearby. If you smoke it is a place for you. But I hate smoking. So I will not stay there any more.
