Review 2：Located next to JR stn and connected to the stn via the 2nd flr shopping arcade. To get to the hotel from the Bandai entrance of the train stn, pls turn right after exiting & walk to the end n take the escalator to the 2nd flr & continue walking, Look for BIC camera & KFC n walk down the side steps & take elevator to the 4th flr where the reception is. The hotel is located from the 4th to 11th flr of Plaka 1 building.

Review 3：Would not allow a 1pm check in. Had to wait until 3:30pm. But, for 1000 extra yen could ck in early. Ie they had rooms but wouldn't put them to ise except for money. Of course an early ck out meant nothing.

Review 4：On business in Japan, I stay in business style hotels, and often there is little to say -- just a place to stay for the night. Hotel Lungwood Niigata is one that I remember as being very clean and comfortable. One thing I liked is having a choice of coffee, green tea, and toiletries at the front desk area -- to take as may as you wish or need.

Review 51：The hotel is connect to the train station which is very convenient. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and will likely stay there in the future.

Review 52：- The pillows are very hard to sleep on and can cause neck ache. - I was there during spring, and the aircon in the room only blew out hot air, so the room quickly became very hot and stuffy. It was quite uncomfortable. The hotel staff informed us that we couldn't change the aircon to blow out cold air instead. Even with the window open, the room was hot and the outside noise was a little disruptive.

Review 53：- The location is excellent; very close to the Niigata station, various eateries, the bus terminal and convenience stores. - The room is both spacious and very clean, and the toilet is slightly bigger than normal Japanese business hotel standards. The beds are also good-sized.

Review 54：For a business hotel, it was very well decorated and the furniture made the room very comfortable to stay in! The hotel is actually directly accessible from the station (it's directly attached to it) so if you're only staying in Niigata for a few days or on business, it's really ideal.

Review 55：I sometimes wish I could transport Chisun staff to shiny new buildings, as I feel that their quality outstrips that of the rooms they keep. Although I don't mind the size, people unfamiliar with Japan might find the rooms cramped. At one point the internet in my room stopped working, but after about an hour it started again without issue.

Review 56：The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I've stayed in a Chisun chain hotel and in both locations the staff were the hightlight. The rooms are budget, and the building isn't perfectly new, but I felt that it was clean and tidied away and as nice as it could be made. As with most Japanese hotels the rooms are small, but kept in good condition.
