Review 1：We had to keep asking for more towels (2 towels for 4 people just doesn't cut it). The shower/bathtub in our room was difficult to climb into, and I felt very unsafe using it.

Review 2：The room was nice and it was clean. The food in the restaurant and the service were good.

Review 3：Pool was empty, with this season weather you could really use to take a swim.

Review 4：Rooms are comfortable as well as beds, pillows a little firm for my personal taste but still OK. Gym was better than any other hotel in Juárez (I have tried at least 8).

Review 5：- They did not wanted to honor their free shuttle to the American Consulate until I showed then their description in Booking.com- King bed sheets do not fit and cannot be tucked in in their low quality matress . - Pool in extremely poor condition. Broken borders and tiles all over , dirty water. - "Free buffet breakfast" only allowed from 6 to 9am . $10 charge if you arrive a minute late. No flexibility even during the weekend even that it sits there until 11.30am every day. - Zero restaurants within walking distance in the surrounding area. Taxi needed for distance and safety.
