Review 1：Poor mattress quality, wifi very slow or even non-existent at times. The furniture in the rooms looked like it had some water damage.

Review 2：Very good breakfast buffet, with local and homemade specialties. Near the center of Ponta Delgada so everything is nearby.

Review 7：The staff was very nice and helpful!! Free parking was a plus right in the middle of town very easy to walk for dinner and to the marina. Everyday when we left our room at time of returning it had been cleaned thoroughly.

Review 45：The room in no way meets the standards of four star hotels. Our room required a thorough recovery. Sound insulation is extremely bad, so you have with closed window feeling that you sleep on the road. Sleeping impossible. At breakfast tea was ready in one big thermos for all the guests. I would say that this hotel has four stars only because of the swimming pool, but anyhow it was full of trash on the bottom.

Quem arrumou nosso quarto até dobrou "artisticamente" nosso pijama. Com certeza recomendo !
