Reviews for Hotel Hanzestadslogement De Leeuw
Review 1:The only thing was accessing the property at night. Not a problem in itself but as it was round the back of the main street a bit off putting for myself as a solo traveller. Just a minor issue though
Review 2:Friendly host and great location for the town and venue I was visiting
Review 3:Very friendly and traditional, cosy rooms with kitchenette which really came in handy, bath and shower. Lovely breakfast selection - overall very happy with my stay.
Review 4:Nice family run hotel behind an historic sweets shop/annex museum. Nice quiet room with a kitchenette. Good working free WiFi internet. Good breakfast surrounded by historic artifacts. The hotel is reached through the shop which is not always open. Once you are booked in there is a secure rear entrance that you can use.
Review 5:Great location in the lovely city of Deventer. The breakfast was really good, with a range of very nutritious and delicious options. The room felt spacious, warm and comfortable.
Review 6:Great location, sweetest people ever, delicious breakfast, kitchenette in the room with free tea and cakes, very quiet at night . The hotel is also a candy store and inside, there is a museum of tea and coffee.
Review 7:The rooms were tiny and overflowing with stuff. There was virtually no space for our luggage. There was an overwhelming smell of mold and we couldn't close the window at any point. It was noisy, all the time - either from the other guests, the parking lot or the renovation workers. During the day you can't nap or rest even for a second. We had a key only for the back door - we felt like staff and not valued guests. I would hesitate to visit it again.
Review 8:The WiFi was good
Review 9:On monday, when we stay in Deventer, in the city its almost everything closed and the city centre very quiet so we couldn't do anything apart from eating something in a pub. The price we paid seemed to me too high for a city who offered us very few attraction. The b&b is very essential.

Review 29:This a tematic hotel on Hanseatic League, not only very interesting on this way, but also the presence of few collections, like coffee machines. It is itself necessary to improve the tourism and the aura of such historical city. The rooms are large and comfortables.

Review 34:In reality the room that we stayed in was exactly like the photos on the website, the bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the courtyard was magical. What you see on the website is what you get. We had breakfast a couple of times and that was lovely, plenty of food a typical Dutch breakfast. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone who wants a hotel in Devender.
