Review 1：There was only one socket in the room. Air conditioning wasn't working properly, so in the night time it was getting too warm

Review 3：Had to leave to the airport before breakfast opened and for the first time since traveling to Ponta Delgada it was the first time that an early breakfast was basicly denied. Had cereal and some milk for my son because i almost had to beg for it. As we were waiting for our taxi, the employee roled in to the eating area a huge cart of fresh bread....it was mostly the staff´s attittude when enquiring about the possiblity of a light early breakfast that disapointed us the most. Breakfast was included in our reservation, one of the reasons we decided to book appart from the location. Wont go back!

Review 4：The staff was very nice and helpful. Also the breakfast included wasrich and scrambled eggs and grilled bacon were lovely surprise,which Iwould not expect in Portuguese breakfast. The airport shuttle wasstopping about 2 minutes of walk from the hotel. Last but not least,some extra requirements ( extra heating ) were secured with no problem.I definitely can recommend this place to everyone.

Review 22：Comfy rooms, gelntle marks of wear but nothing that will keep you from having a nice sleep and a nice bath. I've stayed in another fancy 4 star hotel in Ponta Delgada and didn't feel as comfortable as this. Loved it. Wifi wasn't very strong but usable on the laptop. I stayd at the room in the end of the corridor. The hotspot is in the middle. Mobile phones always have a poorer reception, so it was on the limits of working / not working. The Air Conditioning works.

Review 26：The staff at the reception was exceptional: we were allowed to check in early and also permitted to leave the car in their parking lot a little over the check out time. The breakfast was remarkably good, especially coming after a week in the American West, where the choice is very poor. The location is good (5 walking minutes away from the main plaza), yet it's quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Review 27：Insonorisation in the rooms needs to be improved. The rooms also have a closed door that connects to the next room. It is possible to hear people talking in the next room, alarm clocks, etc. This was not a problem as there was never noise during the night but if one has bad luck with more noisy neighbours it will. suggestion: change juices in breakfast for more natural healthy ones.

Only basic decoration and amenities but with necessary conditions for a practical, comfortable stay for a few days in business or vacation. Clean room and in good maintenance condition. Small parking lot useful for when renting a car. Competent breakfast, very reasonable for the price payed.

Pack a triple plug if you carry multiple phones/cams/gadgets, as there are only two wallplugs in the room and one is for the fridge (empty). No water in room. Shower curtain is too thick blocking most of the light. No sea (or scenic view from the rooms).
