Review 1：The staff were absolutely amazing. Our room was ready when we checked in, and they were very helpful getting us settled in. The property is very quiet and a great place to get away from some of the busier parts of the region. It took me back to my childhood in Midwestern America in a very nice way. Close enough to Pisa to enjoy the town as well.

Review 3：very nice place to stay when you travel with family. you will prefer that one when you dont want to stay in the big stars hotels. this remains me what we lost when we used to go on vacation with our parents when we were younger. the nature. but there is also a swimming pool, a bar in the area in any case :D, fast wifi, lovely garden with perfect trees, sunflowers etc. brothers that own it are polity, friendly, cheerful. you will love them. there is a military training center near by, so you will be safe.
Review 4：The place was perfect, though if I had to say something: - not the best place as a cyclist to depart from. You are limited to a 25km stretch. As on one Side you have the harbour with dangerous roads on the other Side the road to Pisa - no airco in the large 3 bedroom place though plenty of fans
Review 5：- sublime service by staff and owners - great croissants in the morning and amazing cappuccino:-) - activities organised are combination of great food, personal touch by the owners and great location - a quiet place close by the beach (you sometimes forget you are at the beach) - close to Pisa, close to Livorno - the space
Review 6：Nothing concerning La Fattoria, the immediate surrounding is beautiful, but once on the main road along the coast you loose the feel of being in beautiful Tuscany.
Review 7：The special evening with jazz-band, good food and nice wines was amazing! When we arrived late in the evening without grocery's, Filippo made sure we got some nice bread and italian tapas. Filippo goes out of his way to make you feel welcome! It is close to Pisa, Lucca and the sea.
Review 8：Generally everything was ok, but some things might be improved:1. better Wi-Fi is really needed, should be available in the cottages (not only at some places). 2. the white grit at the parking place should be removed (my car was awfully dirty inside and outside after 11 days staying on this grit) 3. in the restaurant each day might be offered dinners instead of only few dinner-events (quite expensive). 4. guest who takes something from the bar should sign the receipt to avoid mistakes at the moment of payment. The nearest cities: Tirrenia and Calambrone are not interesting and both are polluted.
Review 9：This is a farm resort. Here is a lot of typical Tuscanian trees and aseveral cottages and other buildings with apartments. Two brothers:Filippo and Luca, the owners of this resort they are very friendly andhelpful, thank guys! Whole resort is very tidy, the grass is trimmed,swimming pool is clean, sunbeds at the pool are in good condition, partof them pretty new. Each cottage and each apartment has dedicatedgarden furniture (a table with chairs). Entire resort is surrounded byfence. My cottage (#1) was quite good equipped. There is a bedroom andliving room with kitchen corner. In the bedroom is one wardrobe andqueen size bed and tv. In the living room you'll find one bed for 2people, a table with chairs. Both rooms have air conditioning (extrapayable). At the kitchen corner is induction cooktop, a kettle, a bigrefrigerator, some pots, the cutlery, the plates and the glasses. Atthe day of your arrival you can expect welcome drink in the bar as wellyou will be given a bottle of wine and some products for your firstbreakfast. Generally I recommend La Fattoria di Tirrenia. This is asafe place, very convenient for family with kids. It is well preparedand well maintained farm resort. It is placed approx. 2 km from thebeach with white sand. From here is only 20 minutes to Pisa, and notfar away to Florence.
Review 10：Poor internet connection (if its important for you, ask if its improved), some smell in appartment, tricky water supply in shower rooms, nothing so bad that you couldnt live with.

Review 15：We had a large apartment (A/1) with 3 bedrooms for a family of 5. No air condition, but thick walls and natural evening breeze from sea well maintains temperature. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
Review 16：We absolutely loved everything! Our two bedrooms apartment was very clean, comfortable and functional,very well equipped and big enough for a family of 4. Great atmosphere- silence and quitness, green grass, plenty of pine-trees, fruit trees and fields of sunflowers! Nice swimming pool, barbeque place, football pitch. Also it's a very good location to visit such places like Livorno,Pisa, Viarreggio, Lucca and Florence. And, of course, the owner, Fillipo! He was very helpful, welcoming, attentive and kind. Review 17：Military air basis is few kilometers behind the Fattoria and the civil Pisa airport are causing some airplane noise as they are landing. You get used to them in a day and the kids are fascinated by the view of the landing military aircrafts
Review 18：The owner has approached us personally before arrival and agreed about arrival time. He was waiting till we arrived and showed us personally around. He was also very helpful during the week. He and his personnel are overall very open and friendly ppl making your vacation happen. Location is 1,5km from the beach and is located between famous tourist locations like Pisa, Lucca, Firenze which are reachable within 1 hour drive. You can nicely combine a day on the beach with visiting cities in the night. Fattoria is a very well developed and maintained park with various sport fields, pool, bar etc, an oasis of calm just behind of the busy coastline.
Review 19：We had an unforgettable stay in comfortably equipped apartments with an awesome view to the mountains and the valley. There's everything you need in the spacious 2rooms flat and a kitchenette with all required utensils, and cookware, and a fridge. Special thanks to the big coffee-pot-). The large hotel premises are very well-organized and bury in the Mediterranean pine-trees and flower bushes. The houses, the interior and the terrain are designed with perfect taste. Philippe and Luca are the most charming and friendly owners we had ever stayed with! Good luck to you and your best fattoria! And thank you for the quietness and relaxed atmosphere - there's really no need to make fireworks, play noisy music and invite animators to make a place a hit with the tourists.
Review 20：It is advertised as having air-conditioning, but we couldn't figureout anything other than the wall heater (which it was to warm for) andopening the windows. The staff is not always easy to locate.
Review 21：It felt safe and secure for us and our vehicle. The staff was veryfriendly. They answered all my questions even before our arrival andafter our departure. The apartment we were in had everything we neededto be comfortable.
