Review 1：A few things that were missing - I thought a microwave would be included and the apartment was missing a toilet seat from the toilet! Also had a few hassles with the wifi but it was free!

Review 2：Spacious and modern apartment - I got a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom one with a full kitchen! Good location too - 200m from the beach and amenities and above a bakery! Staff was helpful and friendly too. It also has a small children's playground to help pass time with children!

Review 3：No bad experiences. Parking lot can fill up and if you park in thebasement you run the risk of some idiot parking on the road blocking theentrance in the evening!!

Review 4：Staff was lovely. Got the best apt in the house I think! Had enoughkitchen supplies to make meals (pots, bowls etc). Everything in workingorder. Sooo close to Pisa airport.

Review 5：The hotel changed my reservation one week before arriving and I realy don't know what was the reason of that. The dining room and the bed room was separated by wardrobes and it was depressing. Based on my feeling that is not necessary.

Review 17：We stayed there in October so the price was very good comparing to the service (although the swimming pool was closed and no beach equipment available to use). We had a 2+2 studio in the new building which was quite big for two people. If you're going to use the kitchen, be prepared to buy cleanning products, bin bags etc. yourself. The distance to the beach is 5 min on foot. Good accessibility.

Review 20：Fridge didn't keep cool enough so dairy products went off after 3 days, drinks not very cold. Couldn't read in the evenings as lighting was poor, bluish lamps. Need at least 1 bright light (that was in the bathroom!) Couldn't figure out the washing machine, couldn't even get it plugged in. Couch in living room looked like it had come off the street, old and tattered but mattress was still firm.

Review 30：Reception doesn't work on Sunday but they were kind enough to leave us key and instruction in front of. Also they wrote phone number where we can call if we need anything but no one answered our calls,even if they left one more phone number for emergency!! Very unprofessional!! Next thing was that we asked nicely in reservation for internet access cause we needed for work and they gave us a password that is valid for only one device and they charged us 10 euros!! Btw,internet was really low. One more bad thing is that remote control didn't work so we couldn't park the car on private parking behind the hotel,but on the street in frontt of hotel. And over all,the worst thing was about payments. After we arrived i got the mail that our credit card is not valid,what is not true as we used the card even that day,so they just decide to charge us higher price then we booked and we have paid in cash!!! So please,pay attention when you choose a hotel and must read reviews of other guests,now i get it!!

Review 32：1. In the catalog there were an option for internet usage - but at the place that was unavailable at the new apartment. 2. All the electrical plugs were "italian" style, none of our electric device could be used in the room because we could not charge them. We needed to buy a transformer for it. It did not cost too much but it was a really bother.

Review 35：Excellent central location for visting Tuscany's main sights. Beverly Park Residence is being run as a hotel, so one doesn't need to bring towels & beddingstuff. The apartment was huge and well-equipped. Good beds and with shutters down it's totally dark. Private parking. Villa surroundings. Close to Pisa & Livorno. Easy to get to Cinque Terre & La Spezia. 1 1/2 hour to Firenze.

Review 36：- no access to the internet - house keeping only once a week (2 days after we arrived - we stayed there for 10) - only italian tv - our apartment was in a basement (quite dark and the terrace was on a yard) - no washing machine inside the apartment

Review 39：Almost everything. Location was top notch. The best restaurants and bars were easy walking distance. The beach was an easy walk. Good running / walking area all around Tirrenia. Could also walk to the super markets. Washing machine and kitchen in the room.

Review 40：Lack of information about rules in the residence prior the booking. Forinstance, they fine you if you leave your garbage in the room, but thereis no information about this.

Review 41：It was a self catering apartment but it had no kettle no oven no grillso you couldnt make anything grilled or cooked in an oven you could justboil things it was also very noisy with regards to traffic no staffavailable for check in after 7pm and reception is closed on sundays

We were given very little information about the area and had to work it all out for ourselves. There was hardly ever anyone in reception. The room dividers did not reach the ceiling so the children's area and the bedroom had no sound proofing.
