Reviews for Erzscheidergaarden
Review 1:Very small room with only one chair (why do they do that in a room for 2 people?) and minimal other amenities. Bathroom lacked amenities like a holder for toilet paper and towel bars, no sink stopper. Quite expensive, but I guess that is Roros, where there is not much competition.
Review 2:Staff was very helpful and volunteered information on good restaurants and an organ concert that evening in the famous church (which we attended and was wonderful!). Breakfast was very good and reflected local food products and recipes. Charming public areas. Room was spotless, ultra clean and even smelled new. Good wifi.
Review 3:The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great and close to everything in town within walking distance. I had some dietary restrictions and they helped me with this for breakfast. The room was lovely also.
Review 4:We adored everything

Review 9:Beautiful old building with nicely renovated charming rooms. They have very friendly staff working and I felt really comfortable staying there. Breakfast is really nice too.
Review 10:Very slippy way from the gate to the entrance (it was an unusually warm day and melted snow changed the passage a skate link)
Review 11:Happy and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast (homemade hams, jams, sauces, muesli, bread etc & local products), beautiful view from the room especially at the dawn.
Review 12:A slightly irritating noise from neighbouring room's ventilation system
Review 13:Very flexible staff that made sure my room was ready when I arrived early Very impressive breakfast Cozy, rustic room
Review 14:There was no restaurant for dinner. The car park has limited spaces, so that we had to park short distance away on the second night.
Review 15:Friendly staff and pleasant ambience.
Review 16:Only one pillow per guest. No bath mat. Couldn't open the window very much when it was a warm day.
Review 17:Centrally located. Cosy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
Review 18:Sorry I could not stop longer

Review 24:Room
Review 25:Rom med utsikt over kirkegård Rommet var ikke ordnet for to personer, bare en dyne i sengen
Review 26:Trivelig og hyggelig betjening.
Review 27:Everything was brilliant.
Review 28:Thoroughly enjoyed the full stay here
Review 29:Mattress was too soft, so we had back pain next morning.
Review 30:Excellent breakfast. Very nicely decorated place. Nice staff.
Review 31:We liked everything about this hotel. It has two charming sitting rooms with great views of the mountains surrounding Roros. The food served here is excellent. We were lucky to be able to have dinner one night at the hotel. The chef is excellent. We will consider returning on our next trip to Norway.
Review 32:No complaints
Review 33:Friendly and courteous staff who took special93211617 effort to ensure that our stay was very satisfactory. Good clean rooms, comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast - a good example of Norwegian hospitality and custom. The coffee and cakes on arrival provided a warm welcome to a wonderful stay.
Review 34:The ambiance of the hotel is cozy and warm. The staff is particularly helpful--recommendations and reservations were made for us with a smile. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are distinctive and comfortable--we stayed in the one in the picture. Pleasant lounge areas for reading and relaxing away from the room.
Review 35:Fresh and home made food served by the cook, the dedicated owner of theplace. The home made jam is out of this world. Made from berries growingslowly in cold climate, the natural sweetness and intense taste isamazing. Freshly baked bread, local dairy products, rein deer paté. Careand attention is put into each dish. The complimentary coffe and homemade cakes in the living room is also a charming feature. The location is excellent, in the historic centre of town, close to the church and the museum. The hotel building is charming, but be aware that the house is old and traditional. The hotel rooms holds a modest standard. The common areas of the hotel is quaint and queer, thoroughly enjoyable, and the hosts feels like family in no time. The overall experience is warmly recommended.
Review 36:Not a thing.
