Review 1：The room was a little small

Review 2：The bath tub was gorgeous and the english taps ( Devon & Devon ) really peculiar. The location, so close to the centre. Breakfast in the small courtyard.

Review 5：We spent one night in the lovely old town of Urbino and were very comfortable in the Hotel Bonconte. It is only a short walk (uphill) to the main part of town. The room was very comfortable and we had an amazing bathtub with powerful jets of water that eased sore muscles! The breakfast was ample and very good. I would recommend staying here, particularly as it's easy to find, and you can park your car right out front for an additional fee (well worth it).

Review 8：Again we had a room with a bathroom which had no shower but only a corner bath. I have been advised for my next visit i should request a shower room and I will get it. This was the only problem we had.

Review 9：This was our second visit to Bonconte and this time we were with friends taking up three rooms. The welcome was friendly and helpful ( thank you Patrizia). This hotel is in the best possible location for a visit to Urbino and has parking. The two single rooms delighted our friends and all were air-conditioned and cool.

Review 10：No help with bags on arrival. Nice enough room, but (big) bath only, wifi intermittent/poor, no tissues, pedal bin broken, and no-one answering reception phone. Reported broken bin at Reception, but nothing done. Dining room closed, with no reason being offered. Receptionist seemed rather uninterested in us.

Review 11：Good location on town walls, but don't stay here if you can't manage a steep climb. Lovely views from hotel. Al fresco breakfast was reasonable. Nice quiet location.

Review 52：The spa bath. The bathroom is excellent in other ways, but has no proper shower. The bath is slippery and the shower piece has to be hand held for hair washing etc. To be honest it is a design disaster.

Review 53：The location has to be the best in Urbino. Set in the walls of the old town with fabulous views of the countryside, it is only steps away from the gateway into the city. The room was comfortable with a window overlooking a leafy courtyard.

Review 58：Because of the two sets of steps leading into the room I think it would have been a good idea for the person on reception at the time of our arrival to have accompanied us to the room. It was very dark inside the room and we had to search for the light switches.

Review 59：Our room was very unusual. The bathroom was lovely and in keeping with the deco of the room. The unusual part was that the bath was outside the actual bathroom enclosed by glass/perspex. The shower was also in this area. Personally I thought that this occupied too much space, I would have preferred a good shower cabin instead, leaving more space for the bedroom. My husband, on the other hand, liked it. The staff were very nice and helpful, the location was ideal and very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good and also the dinner we had on our first night.

We werepleasantly surprised about the jacuzzi bath in our room, however thiswas balanced by the inadequacy of the shower facility. We would havepreferred to shower standing up rather than squatting.

Review 66：Sky tv offers hundreds of channels and movies, but most of the Englishones did not work. Nonetheless we are used to spending this problem inlots of places in Europe. We had almost the same experience with Sky inour Rome hotel, so it may be beyond the hotle's capability to fix.

Review 67：We loved our room - described as a suite, but it was really a room witha private terrace. A bit small, but not cramped, and the furnishingswere lovely with a very comfortable bed. The hotel offered an Easterdinner that was inexpensive, tasty and an absolute feast - antipasto,two primos - Capellettii in brodo and lasagne, two secondos- roast rabbit and veal tenderloin roasted wrapped in bacon, veggies,dessert. The meal was a real treat because there were only three othergroups there for Easter Dinner, all Italians, and our meal became ahouse party.
