Review 1：1- I need to change or re-program the room key every time i want to use it. 2- paid facilities, only gym is free. 3- Bed wasn't comfortable, I can feel the springs.

Review 7：I don't think you should have to pay for the spa in a 5-star hotel. Having said that, it was a small spa and paying meant it was pretty much empty.

Review 12：Hotel is in a very good location in the city center, our room and bathroom was huge and very comfortable. All the floors are full of art pictures on the walls and in the entrance there are also some art objects for sale. Hotel management is very careful with all the details, even the carpets in the elevators are changed every day, it says "welcome [day name]" on them.

Review 13：Old fernecher and make u sign papers without telling you what it is, only they said this is for hotel security and when u do the check out they make you pay charges for each paper €30/-...

Review 19：Breakfast was a bit poor. On a Sunday there was no bread anymore. Tables weren't cleaned or there were no coffee cups or cutlery. Staff isn't working efficient. For every plate which was empty, there was someone to pick it up immediatelly. Not necessary and feels like you 'have to' leave the breakfast room. A swimming pool would be very nice too!

Review 20：Location is very good, center of city. Just across the street of the latest trendy bar :PM. Staff has been friendly too. Wifi all over the place, but sometimes confusing which router to choose from the list.

Review 23：staff - when making an initial reservation, the lady there is actually trying to rip you off. Although you tell her what you need she makes you feel like she is doing you a huge favour and is a bit impertinent at times. A colleague of hers tried to calm down the situation, but the arguments were absolutely lame. That lady should be fired. therefore the only solution is obviously to turn towards booking.com. Although because of the way they talked I will not come to this hotel unless I really have to.

Review 24：Some stuff is really helpful. I had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. They tried to sort it out instantly, but because they couldn't, they offered me another room. Although, I must say that, one must always check the state of the room facilities before having it offered to clients, especially when you are a 5 star hotel. It is not so nice to change the room at 1 am.

Review 25：They upgraded me on the first night (without telling me!) so when I wanted to extend, I had to move rooms. No big deal though. Wifi was sometimes flaky in the room but they restarted it for me and it worked fine.

Review 27：There is a night club outside and music there is very very very loud. Moreover it plays all night till 2-3 a.m. We could not sleep for 2 nights. We called to reception, where we heard that hotel could do nothing with it. It was not the answer that we wanted to hear from 5 star hotel. We offered them to change the room and they agreed. It was not so loud in new room except our last night. Also there were problems with the shower - water was either very hot or very cold.

Review 28：The hotel is beautiful. The room and barthroom are very large and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful except the case with loud music.

Review 52：The only downer was breakfast. 16 Euros is a ridiculous price for a poor quality breakfast. You might pay this for a Sheraton breakfast but this it certainly was not. Review 63：There is a new bar open in the building directly in front of the hotel. There was loud music playing until 1am. It would certainly annoy light sleepers. I was offered breakfast at E16 so I didn't bother. You can get good coffee, a croissant and fresh OJ in a lovely café down the street for 7 lev.
