Review 1：Extremly noisy, since the hotel is near the main street. Noise and smell from restaurant. Feeling really uncomfortable at breakfast because of unfriendly staff. I am frequent traveler and never did feel or experience such despised attitude from the staff! Unfortunately not felt as welcomed guest!

Review 2：Location. Near to Pisa and Lucca. Good starting point to discover inland of Tuscany (San Gimignano, Siena,...)

Review 24：This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony. The second a small room with two single beds (one was a pull out couch).The kids room was small as were their beds but for kids of this age absolutely perfect. In addition there was a large clean and functional bathroom. The location is excellent literally 50 metres from the nearest beach ( remember majority of beaches private) and very close to the small village of tirrenia. And though hotel is close to road we did not find noise a problem. Breakfast was excellent and was included in price. Dinner was wonderful and reasonable though the restaurant was very very busy. Still the service was good. The people were really pleasant. Also there were bikes available free which we did not use.And there was free parking onsite.

Review 25：I was missing a safe in the room. The hotel is located in front of abusy street, so it can be very noisy at night. The walls are very thinso you might also hear voices from other rooms and the restaurant, butit is not so loud that you could not sleep. The only thing that reallydissappointed me is that the restaurant is very expensive for what youget (they charge you 4 euro just for sitting at the table, to beginwith) and that the waiters are pretty unfriendly when they have theimpression you are not going to spend a fortune there.

Review 26：Very clean modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Just the right thing, ifyou need a place to stay for a couple of nights. Breakfast was great(ham, cheese, yoghurt, juice, milk, bread, croissants, marmelade,coffee). The staff is extremely friendly and you feel like being with anitalian family. Communication other than in italian might be difficult,but still worked out fine for us.
