Review 2：The staff were very helpful, The rooms were clean, good food, every thing as it should be for an hotel.

Review 3：The hotel was old and not remodeled. It was as if there was no manager taking care of things. The ice box has mold in it and was empty, etc.

Review 5：The hotel looks like it needs to be remodel. The carpet and couch looked to old. The restroom door was not working. My husband literally got stuck inside because the doorknob did not work.

Review 7：Horrible experience! I booked my room with a week ahead. I came to the hotel to have a horrible surprise they don't have my reservations. Unbelievable, I drove for 19 hours straight waiting to get into the hotel and finally have a rest and my big surprise is I don't have a room. Lady in the front desk was unprofessional, lacking manners and not even able to help in any kind of form. Very frustrating experience.

Here for consulate business; not the closest hotel, however they will transport you to/from medical appt, fingerprinting, and consular appt. everyone is nice. Breakfast buffet is nice and clean. Rooms are clean, cleaning staff is friendly. Good choice to stay.

Review 12：Rooms are large with very comfortable beds. The maid services do an excellent job. Each day the room was spotless when we returned. But the best part of the hotel is the staff! Every one from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers to the kitchen staff treated my husband and I like friends and were always willing to accommodate our needs. My husband speaks Spanish but I do not. The staff made sure that I had someone who spoke English to assist me while my husband was not there. They also provided shuttle services to wherever we needed to go with very little wait time.
