Located within Rosebud Country Club and just opposite the Aquatic Centre, Fairways Resort offers a restaurant and bar. It features suites with a private outdoor courtyard.

Review 1：If facilities had a pool this is definitely a place you could stay for weeks, able to do more with kids while dad was playing golf. Restaurant was a little pricey. Breakfast not included.

Review 2：Room was larger than most average hotel rooms , twin room was great size for family, with dining table and outside private courtyard. Clean rooms and bathroom with separate toilet. Husband loved round of golf. Place very quite , especially considering staying during New Years Eve, slept so well felt like I was in country side but only minutes away from hustle and beach side

Review 7：It is in a dark place and hard to find it even on google maps as google takesyou on other side of it. I said to them I'll check out after 11, still the cleaners knocked my door few times in morning. Even opened my door without even knocking. Breakfast isn't available.

Review 9：we booked a night for our wedding anniversary expecting romantic quiet location. Found the service was ordinary, they forgot our breakfast order and when i rang in the morning told me i hadnt paid for it and suggested other places anyway as they didnt have gluten free bread. they also didnt put champagne in a cold fridge (set on low or just not working) for us as per our request. whilst not rude, staff dint really go out of their way... also not great view or privacy fron the room looking onto a road, and could hear tv and smell smoke from room next door. the dining in restaurant bar on site was a bistro rather than fine dining... ok for a family stop rather than romatic getaway.

Review 11：The room did not have any views, nor was there a bath and the bathroom wash basin was outside the bathroom. The room was not very clean. The tag attached to the key operated the electricity therefore you could not leave a light on for your return to the room. There was no room service as we were informed that we had to attend the restaurant and pay for our breakfast at the restaurant. The room was way over priced.

Review 18：Supposed to have electric blanket on bed, but did not, even tho brochuresaid it had. Didn't get in till late on a very cold nite so found acold bed disappointing. Wasn't aware that it was duel purpose - I.E.disabled access, Meant huge cold bathroom with water over the floorradiating immediately from shower curtain and no toilet lid, veryunhygienic and unsatisfactory. Extra bath mats would have helped.

Review 19：As I was using this accommodation for business purposes & did'nt arrive until after 6:30pm, however receiption closed at 6 or 6:30pm. there wasn't really enough information left for me to get to my room.

Review 23：Rooms were heaps bigger than I expected with lovely views of the golf course from the back that weren't shown in the pictures. Staff were lovely, rooms serviced daily and the food at the club house was so good and affordable (especially with the room key discount) that we decided to cancel our reservations at other restaurants and dine there for the duration.

Review 24：Room was a bit cold on arrival on a cold day but did warm up quickly.Understand the desire to stop people wasting electricity and leaving heating on when they are out but if there could be some timer to put heating on 15-30 mins before return that would be lovely.

Review 26：This was a lovely spot ,quite, off the main road and a short walk to the restaurant at the club house,nice dining area as were the meals no need to drive,so you can enjoy those couple of red's,and of course if you are playing golf step out your abode your there ready golf,see you next year.

Review 31：The fact that reception was not attended to after about 6 or 7 PM and at times closed before advertised time. Having to make contact with mobile at guest cost for assistance when reception was unattended as outlined above and heating when equipment was not working correctly. When asked the operator on the other end to call me back on my mobile I was told to hang on (at my cost) and try to sort out the problem rather than her call me back. Not a very good feeling and result for the guest who has paid for good service.

Review 32：We stayed for 1 night & the heating system failed on an extremely cold night when we needed it the most! Staffed reception hours are until 18:30 on a Saturday night.

Review 49：I prefer square tables so when the furniture comes to be replaced I suggest they put in square tables (with round corners if you are worried about people injuring themselves). I found I couldn't rest my elbows and sit comfortably to read the paper and use my laptop.

Review 50：The unit was roomy and the bed very comfortable. There was a nice little private courtyard with a lockable security door so unlike many other similar types of accommodation it was great to be able to leave the inner door open for fresh air, but with security and privacy.

Review 51：Telstra mobile reception was very sporadic. Shower ran cold in the morning. Although close to the golf course, this motel was 4-5km away from restaurants, shops etc. Reception desk was closed before 6.40pm

Review 58：The place was very tranquil, quiet, even with lots of the rooms occupied. Staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. A short ride in taxi to get to shopping precinct at Rosebud. Food good at resturant. Overall I would recommend it to others, particularly if they were golfers.

Review 59：Fantastic place to stay! We organised a group of 4 to play golf for 5 days at some premier golf courses in the area and found 2 rippers on site. New bistro owner was fantastic and would cook us almost anything we wanted including some awesome bacon, egg and cheese tosties each morning before we played. Very nice accomadation which lives up to its 4star rating. If your looking to play and stay in the area this is definitely the place to be. Can't wait to go back again in November.

Review 68：Once at Fairways the staff are accommodating and you can park right outside your room. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Beds are good as is the Air-conditioning. They are a bit sparse but are comfortable and quite. Very good to get your head down for a nights sleep. Would stay there again.

Review 71：Think it is slightly misrepresented when it's promoted as a 'resort'. It is more of just a motel located in a golf course. All brick and reminded us of a jail block. Also, the accommodation are all called 'suites' and they are just hotel rooms. In other properties, we believe a suite would mean a totally different thing.

THe ladies washed our crockery and did not return it so only had one coffee cup and no one on reception or anywhere to be found. The spa took up room which may have been used in the bathroom as the shower was very tiny for the size of the room. Also very large room which had only a bed & table Could easily have fitted in a couch which would have been more comfortable.

After a night time disturbance caused us quite a lack of sleep was mentioned, we were offered vouchers via email which were never forthcoming. It would have been greatly appreciated as my husband and I were there on an anniversary getaway without the children and were disappointed to have our sleep disrupted by our noisy neighbours.

Review 107：Quiet location but good distance to Rosebud. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and always very clean. Beds are really comfortable. Reception staff are helpful and friendly.

Review 108：I was disappointed that there wasn't a comfortable couch in the room to sit and relax on. The room was certainly big enough to accomodate one. Sitting in two hard chairs wasn't very comfortable while watching TV. Also there was tea and coffee but no biscuites.

Review 109：I liked the large size of the room. Plenty of room to move. The ensuite was large as well and we had a king size bed. I also liked that there were drapes on the sliding door and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs to sit outside in the sun.

I was very surprised to not find an extra blanket in the wardrobe considering it does get cold. I could've easily turned the heater on, but wanted to reduce my carbon footprint and an extra blanket would've been suffice. Frozen milk in the fridge was not "cool" either.
