Review 1：Noisy still at midnight. Food in the restaurant was poor.
Review 2：facilities were pretty good overall. room was clean, location was not bad. Free airport transfer a plus.
Review 3：The day of arrival I requested two towels, two cups and some milk for the depleted supply of coffee and tea. Three of us were booked in the room and only one towel and cup was supplied. This was at 7pm and at half past midnight the phone rang waking us all up to tell us they were coming and would we like them now. After travelling the whole of the previous night I did not need to be woken up to this at this time. The air conditioning did not work, globes were missing in lights, many of the tiles in the bathroom were broken, and the bill was incorrect till I queried it. We could not see any smoke alarms, the pool was not fenced, and there were no coat hangers to hang up clothes. Only soap provided in the bathroom. We are used to a higher standard of presentation but realise that Labasa is not on the tourist map and compared to the situation in the town locals would probably see it as OK. As an international traveller the standard was not good at all. The staff were told of the overlooked conditions in a friendly way and they said they would certainly rectify the issue of the lights and air conditioner.
Review 4：The food there was nice but pricey compared to local restaurants. The beds were comfortable. It was a great bonus to have the pool especially with a young child to entertain. This is the only hotel in the town with a pool and offered ground floor accommodation.
Review 5：The screw in the shower floor. The light box arrangement in headboard of bed. That the staff were disrespectful to my Fijian mother who was inquiring about staying a night before her booked two night stay. They told her that there were no hotel rooms available in Labasa when she had already been to one that did have rooms available. Were very condescending to her. Because of this, I cancelled her booking and she found accommodation at another hotel.

Review 22：The presentation of my evening meal was sadly very poor, the steak was tough and the mashed potato was slapped onto the plate in a great heap , not what I expected a fillet mignon would be .A jacket potato would have been a much better choice but I was offered either chips or mash .
Review 23：The hotel was an oasis in the busy town of Labasa. beautifully renovated in colonial colours and wonderful photos of the past on the walls of the dining room .
Review 24：The screaming of children in the pool before nine am and after 9pm. Security should have stopped this. The rules are clear and there are others in the hotel who pay.
Review 25：Upstairs room spacious. Fridge. Air con and bathroom also has plenty of room. Kettle for teas and coffees but use bottle water. Supermarket next door.
Review 26：Everything is great about this Hotel. all of the rooms look out on the pool, which is beautiful! You can have diner at the restaurant for a really cheap price, The hotel is in the city center of Labasa, but you do not hear any noices, the bathroom is huge and clean. Did not wanted to leave here
Review 27：Location close to main shopping yet of the busy path yet close to walk to main shopping. The Hotel layout is excellent and well designed and functional. Staff and food choices very good. Will visit again and recommend.
