Review 1：Staff were helpful enough, I think they could make an effort to be more welcoming, i.e. smile and looked pleased that you are staying in their hotel...but it is not a big deal, it would just improve their guests experience.

Review 2：Easy to walk to the historic centre. Close to all restaurants. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful when asked for something.

Review 3：Cold shower, bullet hole in window, noise from hallway, room was coldeven with the thermostat on the hottest temp, no extra blankets. Check-in staff couldn't find my booking, and even after spelling my name,they corrected the pronunciation of my name by saying "Oh, youmean..." Getting it totally wrong - because I don't know my ownname?? They then slapped my room card on the desk instead of handing itto me. I did nothing to agrivate this behavior and was quite surprisedby her attitude. Soon as I entered the room I had a porter boy bringsomeone else's luggage, and after I said they weren't mine heask if he could leave them with me to give them to the real owners....Ahhh???Lastly, the check-in time says 13:00 on booking.com but 10am inthe hotel reception.

Review 15：First and for most - The Price provided by Booking.com was the best comparing to other sites and including the hotel directly - and trust me, I did my homework. Second - They provided me with a baby crib. I could have stayed with local family but didn't want to risk my daughter falling. She slept so so well for the 7day stay better than at home! Lol. There is no bad tub or way to shower the baby so I suggest you buy an inflatable tub back home before you leave on trip - they sell them for cheap. It worked out well for me. The Staff was amazing!! Courdious and always willing to help out, everyone speaks English but there is a Mexican/Panamanian guy at the Front Desk on the evening shift that is from NYC and is a cool guy who is willing to help out and give out tips to make it easy for you. The Pillows, sheets, and comforter were soft and I slept like a baby. Safe was available and easy to use. English and Spanish channels available. Totally Recommend having breakfast in the hotel - you pay as you go. It's not included in the hotel price but extremely cheap at $$110.00 pesos =~ $7-8.00 U.S. Dollars. The orange juice is fresh squeeze so it's good to drink. All water used in hotel and mostly around the city is filtered so won't make you sick. Don't drink tab water or it will give you the runs depending how sensitive your stomach is. Downtown is within walking distance and easy straight walk to your left as you walk out the hotel. Wifi works good but after mid night. Well, can't say enough - my stay was awesome and I truly recommend it. Great deal for the price!!!!

Review 24：-check in and check out where not so nice.... we arrived at 2h in the morning and receptionist in charge ignored my wish to deposit for each room a different credit card because he was to lazy I assumed.... so the first night of ALL 5 rooms was charged to my card without even telling me... after contacting the hotel about this additional debiting they needed like three days to answer :( - the water in the shower was hard to adjust--> either to hot or to cold

Review 25：the rooms very large and very nice.... we had a great view as the rooms where on the 8th floor. The rooftop terrace was AWESOME!!!! The pool was warm and very clean...they also had a bar up there Breakfast was okay....mostly warm...which is kind of Mexican style...

Review 71：As far as cleanliness it was really good, something I always look on hotels when I stay is the cleanliness of bathroom and sheets, the bathroom was spotless and the sheets were cleaned. That's all I needed. the drinking glasses which I did not use were dirty, they were attempted to get them cleaned but were not rinsed off properly

Review 86：Parking is a little tricky. There are limited spaces in the garage under the hotel, so you may need to park in a nearby (200 m away) garage.

Review 87：The staff of the Real Plaza were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the price reasonable. The outside rooms have a beautiful view of the city and the pool area is very pleasant in the mornings and evenings. Being within walking distance from downtown was also a plus.

Review 88：I sent numerous emails asking about the airport shuttle they advertised. Nobody answered my emails and I was left at the airport with limited Spanish and no shuttle. Upon a cold check in with no staff member seeming to want to assist with my lack of Spanish they finally found my reservation. I was also told there were no "available" shuttles back to the airport. This cost me an extra 500 pesos, which would have made me stay at a nicer hotel. I was extremely dissatisfied with the staffs willingness to help and the falls advertisement of an airport shuttle.
