Review 1：You are Hotel & Spa, where was the spa? One sauna for an hour for free to your customers is not spa. You have bad pillows and small blankets even to children.

Review 2：We made the mistake of not booking any actual SPA treatments ahead of time, which meant that by the time we arrived most were unavailable. While out fault, pre-booking treatments seems like something that wouldn't hurt to be a little more preemptively recommended.

Review 5：The hotel was very cool, trendy, design and the rooms were nice. Staff also very friendly, so it was a very nice stay. Unfortunately didn't have the time to visit the SPA.

Review 6：The hotel positions itself as a SPA hotel, but doesn't have that much SPA facilities. We expected more. Also a bad thing is that the SPA time, that is included into the room rate cannot be used any time, and especially, that you need to register in advance to use it, and the number of people per time is limited. This way, when we arrived about 7 pm to stay for one night, the personnel told us that the SPA is fully booked for today and that we can POSSIBLY use it only tomorrow in the morning. And to know that for sure we need to call SPA ourselves separately and discuss it with the administrator. I think this is not the right way SPA included into the room rate should work. We understand that the hotel wants people to use SPA with comfort, not to have sauna overcrowded, but they should consider enlarging the facilities having such a big hotel. Also there was some strange smell in the room - possibly going out from the air conditioning.

Review 7：The property has good location, very nice and comfortable rooms with all needed. The staff were very helpful and nice, though they could smile more. The sauna was very good. Tasty breakfast. We had great rest in the hotel. Thanks!

If this will happen once more I will use another operator instead booking.com Hotel breakfest is from 8.00 only .My business meeting in Riga 8.30 They start too late. even 8.15 nothing was ready. First night I had to listen laugh and noise of drunk russians until late night.

Review 19：New, fresh, well designed, nice courtyard, good breakfast, great bath in the bathroom (we liked the design, thanks to PAA !). And the beach is not far away - had lovely morning walk. However the Jurmala centre is 5-7 mins by car, 25-30 mins walking disctance. And keep in mind that every entry to Jurmala by car will cost you 2 euros!!! (as reminder, not that I liked it) At the same time free parking if you find parking place

Review 24：Nothing serious to complain about, there were only some minor cons. The pillows are indeed really small and thick, I would have preferred lighter pillows. The bathroom is not designed for tall people. The mirror and the shower fixture are placed quite low.

Review 25：Everything! We (two adults and two children) stayed in the Duplex Quadruple Room. Kids loved the second floor and thought it was the best hotel ever! Everything was really clean and fresh. Loved the soft carpets and concrete walls! Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are really nice. Modern and edgy, but still cosy. In addition to thick curtains there were motorized blinds outside of the windows. Once we arrived the hotel, we were immediately offered to park in front of the hotel with no extra cost. But the hotel has very limited parking slots. Excellent free wifi connection. The breakfast was rather mediocre, but definitely not bad. During the summer you can eat breakfast outside, which is great. The beach is within short walking distance.

The young cook did a great job and it was a pleasure seeing the food being prepared just in front of our eyes. We also enjoyed the location. When I went to check out after 2 hours they said that it was €35 more, even though they encouraged it and did not mention there was a cost . - I should have known better. There was also a discrepancy with the booking price. I was told it's my problem or booking.com's problem, despite having printed off the booking conformation.

Review 43：Private parking (10 euro) is one minute walk from hotel building. You need to across the street. Free parking is available on the street in front of hotel, if you are lucky (when they don't have so many guests, I think). It's not because of kurshi hotel but whenever you come to Jurmala by your car, you should buy a entrance ticket (2 euro) before a bridge across a river. I saw police officers were checking before the bridge sometimes.

Review 44：I chose this hotel because it has a room for 4 people (one large bed and two single beds). Room was pretty good. Clean, morden style furnitures and the shower room was also okay (the water pressure was fine). Nice hotel!
