Review 1：Too far to walk for shops or restaurants, but a kitchenette is provided so you can take food and cook something basic. Also, not good phone reception in the cabins which might be important to you!
Review 2：Friendly manager, nice little extra touches such as fresh milk and yoghurt, chocolates and port. Comfy bed and pillows. This was staying in a cottage, not a room.
Review 3：The owner (Stephanie) was very friendly and helpful. A truly lovely lady. Everything about our Balmoral Suite at Clouds was perfect for us. Comfortable room. Very comfortable king-size bed. Beautiful views. Peaceful and quiet. A few cars and bikes passing by on the road in front of our room did not bother us at all. We will definitely be returning at a later date for another stay.

Review 5：Arrival to stay for wedding - friendly warm welcome from Stephanie - very spacious and comfortable room - quiet - well appointed room - would not hesitate to recommend to others or return ourselves.
Review 6：Lack of privacy, could not open curtain on sliding door as room opened out on to public verandah. Therefore the room felt very closed in. No full length mirror and lighting in bathroom very dim.

Review 8：Room was large, clean, had everything we needed for our visit to attend a wedding. Parking and facilities on site were good and it was only a short distance into Montville by car.
Review 9：The room could do with an update. I expected a little more for my money. The bathroom ceiling needed cleaning, as I couldn't help but look at it while in the shower. Friendly staff. A coffee pod machine would be great (have pods available for purchase), as there's nowhere nearby to get a real coffee.

Review 11：The king bed was very hard and there was a weird smell coming through vent in bathroom.. Other than that it was a great place to stay for peace and quiet.

Review 19：The property is run down and no attention to detail. We thought we were getting a king and two singles but we got a queen one single and a very old pull out sofa. The accomodation is pub standard and could be so much better.

Review 28：We had a large family wedding in montville and choose to stay at clouds which was a great choice, folks there could not have been more helpful and I thank them for that ,great.
Review 29：Advertised "apartment" was actually a single room with a bed and a couch bed. Not bad but not as nice as other places we stayed with two separate rooms. Had sense that children making any noise at all was not welcome. Beautiful view out front but main road was between hotel and view. Shared balcony not very private.

Review 35：I mentioned we are coffee lovers and that means good European Coffee. No instant stuff. So with my favourite blend neatly packed Stephanie placed a high quality plunger for us in our room and organised our Dinner pick up to a lovely Grill she recommended and the dinner was spectacular. Our adult boys enjoyed the pool and outside area. We loved every minute and will surely be back .

Review 38：Summer on the Sunshine Coast is very humid and our air con was very rattily when on. The air con was powerful though, so just cooling the room and turning it off to sleep worked well for us.
Review 39：The location is exceptional. The estate is beautifully maintained and Stephanie is friendly and helpful and a lovely host. Our queen bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were great. Magnificent views and would highly recommend this stop over.

Charming old world atmosphere with great views of the valley below. Super quiet as pets and kids are discouraged. We just wanted a quiet getaway in a handy place, close to nature walks and the charming Montville village, and we got it.

Review 52：Our booking receipt from Bookings.com said a continental breakfast on arrival but management said that it isn't included and Bookings.com won't change the booking info. This is false advertising on behalf of Bookings.com.au. A café bar is advertised but is only a coffee machine.

Review 54：I did not like the motel - style room which backed out into drive way. I expected a more private outside sitting area. Another row of trees would help. Needed to keep curtains shut because people walking past could see in. Overpriced for large motel type accommidation. Cottages would have been a lovely stay.

Review 57：We stayed for 2 nights in August while attending a friend's wedding at Flaxton Gardens. Staff were very helpful and unobtrusive, but there when needed. Motel style ground floor unit was clean and comfortable and catered to all our requirements and needs. Fantastic views and many facilities we didn't need to use on this occasion such as the outdoor kitchen which looked great and the pool. Lovely gardens with walking tracks. A very pleasant stay.
