Review 1：We didn't have hot water in th shower, the stuff fixed it at night, but in the mornning there was not hot water again.

Review 2：Location - about half an hour from Piza. the room was clean and comfortable.

Review 3：1. The hotel is a little bit "tired", I mean furniture, shower, windows look old. 2. It was very hard to close the door in the shower cabin (or maybe the door was broken), it was very annoying.

Review 4：1. The best location: right across the street there were: Madalena beach (where hotel guests have discount), then aquapark and then a public beach (free of admission). All of them are very clean. Also there is a supermarket near the hotel. 2. Good breakfast (included). Typicaly you get only coffee and croissant for breakfast in Italy, but here you can eat salami, ham, cheese, a lot of different cakes, fruit juice, etc. 3. Free and safe parking in the court. 4. Panoramic elevator 5. Nice people on reception. Everyone speaks English. 6. Wifi in the room.

Review 6：The location of the hotel is perfect, few hundred meters to walk to the beach. Breakfast continental, very good. Staff was OK. Hotel offers dinner, but we eat at different time, therefore we found really nice local pizzeria close to hotel- O Sole Mio Da Noemi, which made exceptionally tasty pizza!!!

Review 15：If you get a room facing the sea, it is very noisy with the traffic below. Toilet seemed not to want to flush the paper. Breakfast was basically machine coffee and bread. And there was a dead bird on ledge outside window. We informed staff but it was there all 3 days of our stay. Still, OK if you don't plan on being in the room much.

Review 17：Nothing to do in this place, if you don`t like to lay on a sunbed with "a million" other people all day, and eat on selfservice restaurants. No information in the hotel about things do to, a small menu, only in Italian. You have to beg to get air condition and wifi was very unstable.

Review 19：The keys being left on the reception desk when you went out, and not asked for ID when you returned just merely picked it up from the desk. The breakfast was quite poor, with either fresh croissant, packet croissant, bread roll or a yogurt for choice. Towels were not towelling material, more like tea-towels.

Review 20：Having stayed at a more expensive hotel at the same resort a week earlier, this hotel offered just as much with the exception of a pool. Staff were friendly, english speaking, spacious room, great shower, fridge in the room, balcony with just about sea view. Lots of room in the 4 bed apartment, with table and chairs.

Review 22：Hotel “Florida” in Tirrenia is situated over against of the sea and from part of its rooms has a beautiful view to the beach. The hotel is pleasant with external and internal lifts and with convenient, air-conditioned rooms whose only disadvantage is the lack of refrigerator. However this circumstance is compensated with a spacious restaurant in which the guests could make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel has a broad, secured parking that is a great convenience for the drivers. All the staff is very kind and friendly, and all the time tries to be in help of the tourists. For holiday-makers it is very important that the hotel is close to the “Bagno Maddalena”, one modern beach structure that proposes all conveniences and activities for good repose. For these who have desire for interesting one-day excursions, the hotel is ideal starting point for a short trip to Livorno, Pisa and Lucca.

Review 23：The breakfast was very basic, no cereal, eggs or fruits. The hotel is overpriced. Also very noisy, live music playing on the beach won't let you sleep before midnight. Bathroom and the room in not very good condition and not very clean. Very old fashion.

The sea in the region feels very dirty, and you could get to only one beach for free, this region is not the place to have a sea holiday. Nothing to do, nowhere to go. There is a forest around thoug, air is very clean in the area.

Review 66：The floors were never swept or mopped even before we got there. The shower desperately needed a new hose for the shower head (there were breaks in it everywhere and therefor had terrible water pressure). Overall we thought it was pricey for the quality.
