Review 1：Rooms are old, and smelly, carpet and and dirty, Internet connection terrible, door key you need to go every day to be deactivate, to open the doors, no refrigerator, all furniture, old and dirty, etc, etc, etc.....

Review 3：Sink smelled like sewer when I turned on water. When taking a shower suddenly water was burning hot. Walking Tredmil did not work. Yacusi did not work. My card key for door had to program every day. Room service took over an hour to deliver food.

Review 19：At 10 am some of the breakfast sides were cold. And there was no bread. Pool was too noisy.

Review 21：The hot tub was colderthan the pool. If it is called a spa/hot tub/Jacuzzi it is supposed to be over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Terrible. The pool was only 5 feet deep and you could not see the bottom because it was so filthy. The carpets definitely need cleaned. gross. The fridge and freezer did not work and the wifi did not work either.
