Reviews for Boutique Hotel Hviezdoslav
Review 1:- they would need some more english explanations (like in the room and in the Spa)
Review 2:- the room "provenzale" was simply amazing - Kezmarok is unexpectedly very charming - we had dinner and it was great! - the Spa is cool !
Review 3:Everything was wonderful.
Review 4:LOVED our room; it was the nicest of all the rooms in our month-long tour of northern and eastern Europe. We had a wonderful dinner there as well with a steak cooked to perfection. And the staff was very kind.
Review 5:One of the nicest hotel rooms (deluxe room) I every stayed in. Stylishly designed, cosy, well equipped and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff at the reception, quality breakfast, great location...everything was just amazing.
Review 6:wine selection; no A/C in the room (room was in the historical part; lack of A/C was, although a hot day, not really a problem in the night but window needed to be open)
Review 7:excellent food, beautiful room, perfect breakfast, great access to rest of the city, very tidy, very clean
Review 8:Quality accomodation in Kezmarok historical city center. The hotel has it's own atmosphere: interiors with history plus quality and modern service. Cleanness and staff approach are much higher than slovakian standard. Various and delicious food (including slovakian specialities and sous vide meals). Well equiped wine cellar.
Review 9:Destination of hotel- it's hard to find it. The name- Boutique Hotel Hviezdoslav- while I was looking for the hotel I was asking about Boutique Hotel- no one knows what I'm talking about- the whole name "Boutique Hotel Hviezdoslav" is only at booking.com and it's confusing. Breakfast- we came to breakfast late- and it's our fault but the food should be full-term- we had leftovers. Small parking.
Review 10:Very sweet and pretty hotel. Staff was very helpfull and nice. Food was excellent- very tasty and beautifully served (supper). Very polite waitress.
Review 11:no elevator no air condition, so in the summer with open window every noise from the street is disturbing, so in one night we couldn't sleep it's hard to find the parking
Review 12:large room, helpfull staff, good breakfast free sauna and jacuzzi free parking
Review 13:Having windows into yard - terrace of the hotel restaurant - it got noisy in the morning, and malodorous air vent from the kitchen decreases comfort of your stay. However you may get lucky with a better room.
Review 14:Very attentive staff always at your disposal, parking, nice decorations, a small but functional property.
Review 15:The hotel's restaurant isn't in the same level of the room and the other facilities. WiFi in the room was very week.
Review 16:Magical room - spacious, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Great location in the heart of Kezmarok's old city.
Review 17:Internet is a bit slow and due to type of connection (open wi-fi with web confirmation) I had problems with connecting via vpn.
Review 18:Free upgrade to apartment, good breakfast, location, English speaking staff, restaurant service, facilities. cleanliness.
Review 19:- No activities in the direct surrounding - Slow WiFi-connection - The wellness area is relatively small, especally to relax between the sauna, and might get sometimes a bit crowdy.
Review 20:The rooms are nicely decorated, new and very clean. The bathroom is comfortable. Breakfast is served well, and the staff in the restaurant, bar as well as at the reception is very friendly and helpfull.
Review 21:We stayed in Hotel Hviezdoslav for three nights and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Junior suite we had was large, beautiful and well equipped, all hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel restaurant is a miracle, I regret we live too far away for regular visits. Wellness was a cherry on top, even though it was little bit crowded in peak hours there. Hope we will come back again to this hotel.
Review 22:Hotel was in process of building a new wing. As a result, there was lots of building material in the small lobby. We had to go through many hallways to reach our room.
Review 23:Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had a nice room. Food was excellent.
Review 24:*No lift for new side of hotel and no porters to move luggage *Description said room w/view, however room had NO windows *Parking NOT secure, outside, very few spaces; 1 security camera currently filming only the building site in the back of hotel which is not monitored *Currently you have to go through the building site or the restaurant to get from parking to rooms *Reception often left unattended *Wifi didn't work in room and phone in room not connected *"spa" consists of a 4 person jacuzzi and 3 sauna rooms; "wellness bags" are a hand towel and a sheet *"free toiletries" are just body wash in the shower and hand soap *Only English TV is news channels
Review 25:*Very clean with a comfortable bed *Complementary fruit on arrival *Food at the restaurant was nice (however white wine was served quite warm) *If you are intentionally staying outside the tourist towns of the High Tatras this hotel is 25 minutes by car from the mountains.
Review 26:Our stay was during the renocvation of backyard and a part of building which was a small inconveniecne (no private parking).

Review 37:At 5:30 a.m. there was very strong church bell voice. The windows are not insulating the noise big enough.
Review 38:Lack of air conditioning in the room
Review 39:Its on the middle of the main street, very helpful staff with good english command
Review 40:Our double room was fairly small but comfortably and tastefully furnished. En suite bathroom also small but nice. Pleasant outdoor bar and dining in a slightly twee but pleasant walled garden. Private parking behind the hotel. Staff pleasant and helpful although not too much English spoken except by the receptionist.
