Review 1：Historic atmosphere that gave the feeling of a traditional "road house", Vertshuset, but with a modern comfort for meals, sleeping and relaxing. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The outside lounge was very welcome for the warm weather we experienced.

Review 4：I was disappointed in the room only because I didn't realize they weren't all the quaint wooden rooms in the older buildings I found on the website. I was in an old factory-up the hill from the main hotel buildings-that had been converted into modern guest rooms. However, the view from the window made up for some of the disappointment of finding a modern room.

Review 10：14th Jan 20152 bedroom with kitchen accommodation - Very good experience, bed are comfy, all rooms are well heated with an adjustable thermostat, very tidy and Well cleaned. Pillows are still on their best by date meaning it's still fluffy like a marshmallow, pillow protector is in best condition as well as all of the linens and towels.Kitchenette has a basic equipment, twin heat plates, single tub sink descent size fridge and a dishwasher. Utensils are okay and usable, plates and other dinner wares are all functional.Lounge room and dinning are big enough to accommodate 4adults plus 2kids I say. A descent size television is ready to keep you entertain after your tiring activities.If you have kids or with friends and trying to have a heated meal ready when you need it well this room suits you best.Price is reasonable and within range base on Røros tarriff and for 2pax accommodation it's roughly around 1300 Nok. For the location of the hotel I think it's very good.Hotel Dinning, well you have two options a set of course menu located on the left side after the main door and opposite is a bistro bar style dinning . We choose the bistro style and i ordered pulled pork sandwich and requested a handful of fries (fries is not on the menu) but the wait staff are very much happy to accommodate my request. And pulled pork it's amazing! Cost is higher compare to other city hotels, but again within the range of Røros tariff as other restaurant charge roughly the same.Staff are very friendly, helpful and speaks English well. So communication is not a problem.Car park for those tourist that drives is a little bit of a dilemma, hotel has no respective room parking, it a basically first spot you see take it... I understand only few % of their guest have driven most of us came from overseas and picked up by hotel shuttle from the train station but I believed this is still room for improvement and very minor.I am very happy with my stay...

Review 11：Half the rooms in this hotel are NOT located in cozy wooden houses on the main street. They are in a larger, bland concrete building at the back, behind the hotel's parking lot. I would rate these rooms at slightly above the level of a chain motel. Additionally, we were given a room with no heating (this is on December 30th), so it was really cold and far, far from "cozy", what you would expect. For this inconvenience we were given a 7% discount on the room, which I consider a joke.

Review 24：The room was large and comfortable and quiet. The bathroom and shower were very clean and lots of room. Gluten-free diet available. The breakfast had good choices.

Review 25：The room we had was quite small and we ordered a cradle for our baby. We got a travelcradle which we had to mount it ourselves but it was not possible and the staff used one hour to mout it.

Review 27：We as a group of 4 attended a concert on the Friday nite and we were told no food could be made available to us after the concert and as our train timetable made it impossible to eat before hand this left us and many more patrons without food and very disappointed.A lot of business was lost by the hotel that evening during the ROROS festival.Hard to believe but true.

Review 28：The Hotel is a collection of small buildings that house in my building 4 apts the rooms were big and comfortable.Accomadation was good.

Review 29：Very nice and welcoming staff. We stayed at Uldvarefabrikken, which is a little bit behind the main building, but not far. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfy! The best dinner in town is served right here in the restaurant. We both ate reindeer, which was a bit expensive but amazing, so absolutely value for the money! Breakfast had only local food, so much good stuff! Great place to stay for one night with your boyfriend/girlfriend :)

The staff also organised a husky tour which we had been trying to organise prior to arrival. Our room was amazing, great views of the town covered in snow. Great location.
