Review 1：Being so close to the Beach was a bonus and swimming pool with Swim up Bar was straight across from our room if we chose to stay round the pool.The room was fantastic although view from balcony could have been better.Nothing to complain about though.
Review 2：We stayed during monsoon season so there was a wall of sandbags between the bungalows and beach. We appreciated the need for them, but were sad that we didn't have quite the view of the beach we were expecting with upgrading to the beachfront. Would still stay again in high season or a poolside room in the low season.
Review 3：Even though it rained, it was a beautiful stay. The staff were very professional and friendly. The pool and poolside bar were great and the bartenders were lovely. Ask for the "Tom Yum" cocktail - it's not on the menu. The Thai food is as close to authentic as you'll get in a high-end resort and the Western food was also delicious. Great to have an on-site mini-mart where you can stock up without having to leave the resort. The beach was great even though we could only take advantage of it for a few hours. The bathtub for two and outside shower were fabulous and the pool very nice.
Review 4：We were staying two nights. The first night when we came in we had a faulty air conditioning unit that had leaked over the floor. Although not ideal the hotel moved our room at 1am in the morning. The following morning the new room had no hot water which took close to two hours to fully function again. The positive was this was fixed.

Review 7：Location could not be beaten. A real tropical paradise. Traditional style bungalow directly looking over both the pool and beautiful beach and sea. Excellent friendly staff, who really attempted to help even if their English wasn't great.

Review 14：It was our second stay at the hotel. Everything is fine. Excellent territory, beach, breakfast, room, stuff. Nothing to complain. In contrast with 2014 year there are enough sunbeds on the beach and wifi is good. PS: WiFi is free

Review 19：A large hotel complex at the entrance to Khao Lak, more than 200 rooms of different standard. The most interesting of these on the beach and by the pool. The rooms in the main builiding problematic due to the stairs. Beautiful beach, sand, in the shade of trees. Too little beds on the beach. Most reserved with towels already at 8:00 in the morning. Breakfast is good and plentiful but I've been better. Good enough internet.
Review 20：There are some contraction works on the territory, but it didn't disturbed us. The territory seems a little bit neglected. There is a lot of everything on breakfasts, but pastries are not fresh.

Access to the main building somewhat cumbersome due to the steep stairs. Very good breakfasts. Good beach bar. No need to look outside the restaurant, although the center of Khao Lak is very close. Review 51：1) Although staff being friendly, level of English is very poor.However most of the guests are Germans-maybe staff speaks good German, I do not know ;-) 2) spa and airport pick up/drop off services are overpriced. 3) varan is leaving right on the hotel territory! They say there are 3 of them actually, but I saw only one-bit scared. Daytime he also came to pool to sunbath! 4) no safeguards on the beach
Review 52：Hotel is really an idyllic place and fantastic retreat: 1) area of the hotel is big and full of treas and flowers!Even concrete roads have a print of the leaves so you really have "close to nature" feeling. 2) staff is friendly, always smiling, cleaning was proper and do not disturb me. Aroma lamps with herb oil creates fantastic odor. 3) beach is beautiful and very picturesque 4) nice location: although you feel quite and calm at the hotel, Khao Lak village is only 10 minute walk away. 5) I stayed in Deluxe Villa 223 and it was facing the ocean, close to the breakfast area-super!!!!
Review 53：This a beautiful and well sited resort. The beach is superb and pools lovely. The staff, from the gardener' s to the dining room staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are a joy. We highly recommend it and had a great week there.Thankyou.
Review 54：Our room was a fair walk from the lobby area which didn't concern us at all as it was such a pleasant place to walk through, however it would not be as easy for someone who has difficulty with mobility as there are quite a few stairs to get to most of the rooms. This however, would not deter us from staying again. They do drive you around to your room with luggage when you arrive and also at departure.
Review 55：We recently stayed at Khao Lak Resort and extended our stay by one night because we absolutely loved the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were all lovely and friendly, the breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice of food available and our room was a lot bigger than expected with a view down through to the pool. The room was very clean and welcoming.
