Review 1：In restaurant didnt have Kofola,but they offer us something very similar in restaurant

Review 2：No doubt location is superb. In town centre, no noise, close to shopping and not far from town Poprad and Aquacity .Very friendly staff to help and give you advice.Big and clean rooms.Fantastic food in restaurant with great breakfast.

Review 3：No A/C, with a heat wave going on, but the owner bought a portable fan when we offered to pay for it. Sure enough, the (small) charge was on our bill!

Review 4：Wonderfully friendly desk staff; location near the pedestrian zone but with easy auto access; a good base for excursions to the Tatras, Pienniny, Levoca, Spiss castle. Kezmarok itself has a quiet charm, with a beautiful wooden church and small castle. Don't miss the twillight view of tthe mountains from the castle grounds! Prices are very reasonable.

Review 6：-Very basic room but clean -it was super cold outside but the wholehotel was nicely heated -very dog friendly- suff all very helpful (making copies, phone calls...) -breakfast excellent for such small hotel (they have real american coffee!!!) -waiters and receptionist very very helpful! - great location for historic site seeing - excellent value - great lunch menu!

Review 7：Some of the staff in the restaurant could learn some manners and how to be a bit more friendly. One waitress in particular was probably one of the most unpleasant waitresses I have ever met.

Review 8：The receptionists were excellent, very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable and the restaurant onsite was very reasonably priced and a great place to relax. Location in the town was also good as it's right in the centre of the town.
