Review 1：Nothing about the hotel I disliked however have to stress it not near any station. I had to bus long way was dropped in woods on own to try and find certainly wouldn't want to go looking for in dark!! Would be better for people with transport! Had long walk to find it!!

Review 2：I stayed at wipselberg as they transferred my booking.The hotel was great however for a pensioner to get there was very difficult to find and very long lonely walk!!

Review 4：After a long journey it was a pleasure to book into a comfortable hotel with good facilities and very pleasant helpful staff . Great value for money, far greater than our expectation, will use again if we need to stop off in Holland.

Review 5：the rooms are incredibly noisy and it feels like the building is just a workman's shed. The beds are incredibly hard and caused me a serious backache for two days. The coffee at breakfast was already old and black. I had ordered a more luxurious room that standard, but this "shed" certainly did not live up to my expectations. Steer away from this hotel!!

Review 12：The "in forest" setting, the amount of choice at breakfast (and the timing of breakfast), the price (via booking.com) offered excellent value for money. Staff at Reception were very helpful in resolving a health issue.

Review 13：In their hotel book they say "if you have a birthday please let us know and we will offer you are surprise" - the surprise was the face of administrator because she didn't knew what is written in their hotel book. The room - sealing were broker, tesseras were moving in the toilet.

Review 14：Obviously, the hotel is a bit tires already & needs some overhaul - but that's not the problem considering the price for a night. The real problem is smth with the smell (I believe caused by sewage/septic issue), pls do smth about it.

Steep staircase from entrance level to restaurant at lower level, so had to use lift to basement and walk through kitchen; having stayed here before, we and the kitchen staff are quite used to less mobile guests invading their territory!

Review 26：- Staff trying to constantly add costs! They tried to charge us late check out costs when we checked in....that makes no sense. They tried to charge us for breakfast that we didn't have and argued that their colleagues had told them we had definitely had breakfast....so making their colleague and us out to be liars!! They tried to charge us an extra city tax. And the attitude of the staff was very argumentative as if they couldn't admit they had made a fault. In the end I was told it was MY mistake. Just ridiculous. - The rooms were dirty, old, dated and had no balcony as promised. - At 7am in the morning there was a delivery truck delivering to the hotel who for ten minutes unloaded with techno music on full blast waking up the whole hotel. - Will never stay here again.

Review 28：Hotel needs a facelift. The breakfast was enough, but simple. TV didn't work, but during our stay they were not able to do anything (weekend, 2 nights). There are too less employees to manage the hotel.

Review 29：When I made my reservation, it was a Best Western hotel, by arrival Princess. We had a room at the side of the highway, so I asked for a quiet room and got immediately another, at the back side. Rooms are nice.

Review 53：I liked the abililty to use the indoor pool at the Tulip Hotel, 10 mins walk away. I was the only one in it andit was warm and quite large. Very peaceful surroundings but you need a car or motorbike in my case, as you are relatively isolated.
