Review 1：Thin walls - had noisy kids in room beside me, but they did quieten down eventually. Cleanliness - microwave hadn't been cleaned properly properly. Droning electric system outside of room, continued all night.
Review 2：Location - Close to beach and amenities, yet quiet and private. Customer service - personable and helpful, willing to make you feel comfortable. Amenities - adequate and comfortable for its price. Cats on site - lovely to see some cats which live on the property for a change.

Review 7：Thick dust & dead cockroach & blowfly near bar fridge in our room. Thick scum on exhaust fan in bathroom that we cleaned! Dust on ledges & old tissue behind bed head! Stains on bedspread,light blanket & shwr mat. The sheets & pillowcases were clean & pillows were good. Very badly unkempt bbq area. Lacks maintenance. Bbq dirty not clean & rusted! Sad to see. We did not use outside facilities as we saw ashtrays piled with cigarette butts too!! Not a good outside environment for a Motel to say the least!!

Review 11：Room absolutely nothing like photos. Room stunk of cigarette smoke, which made me sick the whole time we were there. Everything smelled of smoke, including linen. Room looks like a works cabin. (Would feel so sorry for any worker who had to stay in it.) Needs a major upgrade.

Review 15：It was surprisingly quiet. We were located at the back and all rooms had access to a courtyard BBQ area. We ate at the cafe located at the front of the motel which was very convenient and the food there was good. I think it's a separate business with no connection to the motel.

Review 20：The weather! The motel looked a bit shabby with gravel paths and puddles, narrow drives, power boards and extra cords around, shower rose has a split in it and the water spurted over the top of the screen and onto my dry clothes!
Review 21：Reasonable rates, clean, electric blankets and heating, handy position for our purpose of being near RoseGPO for party. Nice warm welcome by staff- they turned the heater on for us straight away! We could park close to the door.

Review 28：The exterior is quite old looking from the street though the paint was fresh looking. It is very dated inside. Very close to the courtyard so felt it wasn't that private though there were decent blinds.

Review 30：Everything was out dated and needed a good clean as it seemed like linen and towels were washed in water and no washing powder from the musty odour or they hadnt been washed at all maybe hang to air...alot of cob webs inside and outside not good when we live in a country full of posion spiders..definitely wont be returning and thanks to the on sites manager for interrupting our relaxtion time with a knock at the door about something needing to be fixed 3 hrs after our check in time..
