Review 1：Everything a bit old...but ok...

Review 2：Friendly Stuff! No Problem to stay/use after check out at pool/spa. Clean shower at spa. We sugguest to take a room in the 6th floor, west - nice sunset.

Review 3：Unfriendly staff. Room not prepared - balcony furniture piled up in room, bed made without pillows. Rubbish breakfast. Hot food served nearly cold. Filthy carpet in room. Don't expect 4 star accommodation or treatment, just prices.

Review 5：Old dirty carpets in the halls and room, bad smells of old carpets/curtains. We were on the side of the hotel, facing the airport, which starts operations at 6AM. It was very loud with open windows. And you can’t sleep with close windows because of the smells in the room.

Review 23：Rooms are very spacious, spotless and the shower is great. The breakfast buffet is simply fantastic - Lot of choices and some items were changing every day (all local food which is a plus). When I left I forgot a pair of boots. The reception sent me an email and kindly asked me how they could send me the boots...as I was going back to Ponta Delgada the following week I went to pick them up. I think this is really exceptional customer service. Thank you so much guys! Do not miss the dinner buffet: it's huge, high quality and it's a good way to try the traditional Azorean cuisine. I definitely recommend this hotel, we couldn't be more satisfied with it!

Review 24：I had ants in my room. In the bathroom the shower head was fixed andthere was no bidet in the room. So, if you just want to wash your feetor genitals, it is a problem. Also, no free internet in the hotel.

Review 26：Very welcoming and friendly staff.Excellent views of the city from 5 floor of hotel. All of this hotel is close-in other words, it is better not to read reviews and information by going out there and get a lot of pleasure for body and soul.

Review 27：There was nothing that I really didn't like about the Hotel. The only area that I could comment on is that I feel the rooms could use a little updating. The carpeting, even though it was clean, was obvious that it was well worn and the mattresses on the beds could have been a little more comfortable.
